   H2O is a little Gem. Right on the waters of beautiful Narrabeen Lake. With the walking & bike path close by it is also a fabulous “people watching” position. The food & service are fabulous. We totally 💯 LOVE IT! And everyone we take there agrees 🤩

   We have been regulars for many years but did not think the service was as good as in previous visits. We had to chase up coffee orders and get more serviettes for our table ourselves. When I attracted a waitress's attention to order coffee and tea for us, she took one order and walked off without asking the rest of us if we wanted something also. I went to the counter to make the extra orders but was told brusquely to order at the counter near the other door. We then waited a fair while for each of the coffees and even longer for my pot of tea. It was a busy Sunday but there were spare tables, so not full, and with the number of staff serving we did not feel well looked after. We wondered if the waitress we had was new and therefore not as on the ball. The food and atmosphere/location are very good, hence our repeat visits. Hopefully this was a one off with the disappointing service.

   We visit H2O quite often and again it provided excellent food and service at a reasonable price. Never disappointed! Thanks to the team!

   We enjoyed our lunch and will be back! One suggestion I would make is to have some form of cash register at the counter where we pay for our meals. The current setup has the waitress running between the counter and the bar.

   Beautiful ambience. Great location with amaizing views. Meals and coffee were delicious. Staff are friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with.
