Great place with a speakeasy vibe in the lower level of an old building. Quiet, great food and service. Good wine selection. Burratta Caprese salad and scallops were fantastic. I have had filet here before and it was also outstanding. Great date night place.

Wonderful place for a great meal and awesome ambiance. A gem in downtown Canton! Small menu but they do every dish outstanding. I had the small dish scallops. Perfect! The Buratta appetizer was delicious. As a wine store they also have a great selection of wines. Prices are a bit high but that is the case everywhere anymore. I love this place!

Had not been to Canton in 15+ years and was pleasantly surprised by renewal of downtown ... this place was a grand find! Below ground like a speakeasy. Ate dinner at the bar. The quail dish was 100%! The cheese board was enough for a family of 4 but was very interesting and excellent. Wine selection was very good to excellent.

Food was good. Drinks were very good. Service was subpar for the amount of money being spent. For a meal that ended up being over $200 for two people (after tip), I expect a waitress who is attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and doesn’t appear to be bothered by actually serving tables.

Went for a Valentine's Day dinner; disappointing. Table for 2 was so tiny that server had to bring a portable side table to hold the bottle of wine. Server did not uncork the wine at the table, nor offer to have us sample the wine, and did not pour the wine for us, all standard procedures at nicer restaurants; however a surprise "corkage" charge of $7 to the $20 advertised bottle price was added to the bill. Really? Appetizer of brie cheese with pepper jelly was nice. We each ordered a small plate and either soup or salad; bisque soup had a fancy pastry in on top but tasted bland; salad for one person was over-sized, as it was an entire head of bib lettuce with the top separated for the toppings; the guests at the table next to us laughed. Server never asked us how the food was tasting, nor offered desserts. We did not order entrees. The entire dinner including one cocktail and the bottle of moscato with an 18% tip came to $121, about twice what this meal was worth, at best. Below ground with stairs down; not handicap accessible. Cutesy yuppie eatery for the wanna-be's to impress their date, and way overpriced.

Great atmosphere, great service, wine selection is spectacular, the food is astonishingly good. Big portions with 4-5 star level flavors and selections. Never crowded because that is how they want to run it. Canton’s only true 5 star restaurant.

I made a reservation on OpenTable and specified it was my wife’s birthday. We got there and they could not find a reservation. During our dining experience they never recognized that We were there for her birthday. I think the place is really nice inside and the food was very good they were not very busy and the service from our waitress was not the best.

This is a great spot in canton…great atmosphere, food is outstanding. Also they sell wine at retail (corkage fee), which makes it very affordable to have some premium wines for not premium prices.

Table for 2. After reading the reviews, decided to give H2 Huth & Harris a try. Ordered Baked Brie, Salad, Quail, and Shrimp Scampi and everything was delicious! The atmosphere was nice. The one negative was that our server provided barely adequate service and was unfriendly. I would give this place another try in a few months with the hopes of a different server.

Food quality was outstanding. One complaint: This was the third restaurant we went to for restaurant week. The first one we had never been to before and the items on the fixed price menu were not on the regular menu (at least in part if not all). Being our first time we had no baseline for comparison, but we felt the portion sizes were appropriate. The second restaurant is one we visit with some regularity. The $35 fixed price included an appetizer, entree and dessert. The regular prices for the appetizer and entree I ordered totalled $40 and I would suspect the dessert would be $5-$7. The prices for my wife's order were similar. Thus the fixed price menu provided a good discount. At H2 Huth I ordered a crab cake appetizer and a 4 oz filet, which came with one side, as well as a dessert, from the $35 fixed price menu. The regular menu had a crab cakes (note the plural) appetizer for $18 and an 8 oz filet with, I believe, two sides, for $47. The single crab cake, though delicious, was miniscule, less than half the size of any crab cake I've ever seen. No way would its value be any where near $9, or half of what the regular charge for what I assume would be two normal size crab cakes (or perhaps three tiny ones). The filet and side would have to be valued at $23.50 to compare to the regular menu. Thus, there was very little. if any, discounted value from regular prices. This doesn't seem to to be in the spirit of restaurant week.

Friendly staff, food was not bad. Felt like they understaffed for this Saturday evening, as there were lengthy delays between every visit (enough that it became a topic of conversation at the table). The building itself is very cool, historical and a nice overall feel for a nice evening out.

What a gem in downtown Canton. Hard to find a nice restaurant these days where you feel like you're having a real "dining experience". Located downstairs in one of the old city buildings, this place has a great atmosphere and a great feel to it. The menu is limited but does offer a very nice selection along with a special for the evening. I have ordered the filet several times and it is to die for. Have yet to be disappointed and is always cooked to perfection! You can't go wrong with the pork chop either, also very delicious! The staff is wonderful too, attentive, and friendly, another plus at this restaurant. So if you're looking for a special, unique type of place (not the typical chain, commercialized spot), you'll find that at H2. And there's more to this place than just the restaurant, please take time to vist the bar also, top notch is all I'll say! Oh, and don't forget to try the charcuterie board before dinner, it's always a must when we dine here.

Pleasantly surprised to find this in Canton. The quality of food exceeds what I would expect to find from smaller local restaurants. I would highly recommend you give them a try, the overall experience is well worth it.

Food and Service were great loved the steak and the local sourced noodles my wife had in her pasta fantastic.. Atmosphere was louder than expected due to a noisy table nearby. Drink prices were I felt a little off I have paid the same amount for better quality.

I NEVER leave reviews and I have to brag about H2. The service was great - attentive and thorough without being annoying. The menu was small, but they certainly do well what the serve. We treated ourselves to the small charcuterie board, which our waitress was knowledgeable about. We both ordered the 8oz fillet, but wanted to order the salmon fillet special, too. The fillet was outstanding. My husband and I have never received such a quality cut of meat in a non-steak house. All of the flavors complemented each other on the plate! We finished with the chocolate torte, which was perfect to share for 2 - rich, but yummy with the added luxardo cherry sauce. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a unique environment with a delicious, but affordable menu. Give it a shot - we are certainly glad we did!

The barrel aged Manhattan and Margarita were outstanding. The filet was one of the best I have ever had and my wife's blackened salmon was also top notch. Music was perfect for the ambiance. Great place to go in downtown Canton.

We were personally greeted when we arrived by the owner, Patrick then gave our guests a personal tour of the bourbon/ wine bar. Service like we received is never found at the chain Restersunt’s. Thank you for a great meal and a great evening! We will be back soon!
