To maintain a safe environment for you and Gyu-Kaku staff, we ask that all guests understand and adhere to the following:
- Reservations are mandatory. We hope that you will come to dine-in with us when you are ready. Please make a reservation via telephone or our website so that we can prepare for your visit.
- Please bring a mask and use it all times when you are not eating or drinking.
- We will measure your temperature upon entering the restaurant.
- To comply with social distancing rules we have spaced our tables out and limited seating capacity.
- There is a max capacity limit of 10 per party.
- We are serving full grand menu and currently have All-You-Can-Eat available Monday through Thursday.
- We accept payment via credit or debit card preferred, but cash is also acceptable.

Love this place!
Great food, like always! Family sitting next to us was a bit noisy and they had their music from their phone really loud. But is an overall good experience with this visit.
Service was terrible my server came only two time when he knws the we had only 90 mins and we paid for all you can eat it was 40$ a person we only had a chance to eat probably 9 items he disappeared for 15 mins so we couldn’t really enjoy our dinner for 40$ I could went to a steak house never go back again

Our Server was Christian. My fiancé and I have been coming here for years sometimes with my son. This is the first time my son has been able to recognize the excellent service you provide and told me to give you guys 5 stars lol. He’s only 10. I will admit tonight’s service was extraordinary compared to previous visits.

Poor service by server who tried to overcharge me assuming I wouldn't realize that. The food was great, specially the prime sirloin. Overall the meat was very good. Garlic rice was burnt and not tasty and the portion was too big for 1 person (server did not alert us).
Now what I have to complain is the service of the server we received.
First of all he was OK, he would disappear for more than 10min sometimes (I try to understand since it was busy) but it took a long time for us to get the white rice, the meats , etc. We waited with no food at all for around 15min until he brought broccoli and then salad... later on the meats began arriving.
We never got the corn and cheese that was ordered. My pineapple juice took a very long time to arrive, I had to ask for it several times.
But the worst thing was the fact that he brought the check charging for the all you can eat fee with an additional $21 for 3 orders of $7 shrimp. That is included in the all you can eat menu and we ate all the shrimp we ordered.
I asked a different server what that was about (since our server had disappeared) she went ask our server and he came back and told me that he would charge for the left over rice and garlic rice ($7 + $3) and I told him ok. He didn't mention anything about the $21 shrimp that he charged for nonreason at all. I asked him so what about the shrimp ???? He didnt even apologize and replied that he would take it out. Why didn't he charge the right amount in the first place and explained us clearly what he would charge for leftover instead of charging the wrong and higher amount without saying anything?? For me it feels like he was trying to take advantage of us and I didn't like that at all. Honesty and transparency would be appreciated. Me and my friends left the place feeling very sad about the episode. We drove 50 min only to be treated that way.

We had a reservation on 2/17/2021. We were waiting at the front desk from 1:40-50pm, a few customers were there,too. But no one serve us?!?! We saw a waiter passed by & he just ignored all of us. Food came fast but no utensils & plates until a manger came by after 8 mins later. I love this restaurant, it was my 1st time had the worst service there.

My go to love gyu and their staff
It seems the white plains location is severely understaffed. The staff are too busy running around like chickens with their heads cut off to even acknowledge the new patrons as they arrive. Bar drinks took FOREVER conveniently during happy hour because no one was attending the bar. It seemed very unfair that we were even subject to a time limit when we spent more time waiting than actually consuming food or drinks. The bill was ridiculously high for the all can eat and it DOESN’T seem like that part of the menu is very organized at all. All in all, this was my first and LAST time ever ordering from the all you can eat menu again. I’ll just stick to simplicity and leave the drinks to another spot that can handle the business.
