Great like always
It was great coming back and be able to dine in. Food was just as great as we remembered.
First time going to this restaurant for Father's Day and the 3 of us really enjoyed it. We will definitely go back again.

we ONLY go here for the food but have NEVER had a good service experience. Also, there is no atmosphere here anymore as all the lights are turned on very high. but i cannot emphasize the poor service enough.
It was a great place but now the energy is no longer there. I do recommend plexi dividers to accommodate more patrons. They do have the space to do that.

I eat here all the time and it’s great the food and service is amazing. However I miss the old decor. I hate the new remodeling, if they were going to remodel anything it should have been the bathrooms. I’ve seen nicer bathrooms at a gas station.
I did not enjoy having to ask the front desk for a waiter after seeing 2 other tables being served before us. Especially because they were seated several minutes after we had arrived. It took us 20 min after being seated to be approached.

Fast and attentive service. Food was brought out promptly and grill was changed frequently. Great alcohol selection. Food was well-seasoned and thin enough to cook quickly. Excellent overall.
Gyu is not what it used to be. The new decor lacks the original intimacy and not as organized. Service is not great. Waited to long to be served and the food was not consistent

I like the concept of Gyu-Kaku, I do feel certain things are a bit over priced, and that the tables for larger parties are not very well thought after. For example: if a table of 5 orders two "meat lovers" to share, plus appetizers, there will not be enough space on the table to fit all of the food/plates it comes in.
Is an ok place to eat, but not my first choice given pricing and level of comfort experienced.

Everything was great other than the fact that we were seated next to an abusive husband who was cursing out his wife the whole time next to his child. Management seemed to act like it wasn’t happening but it was disturbing everyone.
This location has been a favorite for many years, but have noticed, it seems run down, sticky floors, very dirty, bathrooms are horrible. Restaurant definitely needs a remod. Food and service were great. Cleanliness is a must for me at restaurants.
We came to celebrate a birthday. We got the holiday feast for 3. We enjoyed the various selections of meat and enjoyed the veggies as well. Service was excellent! We had a lot of fun.
This is a unique dining experience, where the patron cooks the food on a grill in the center of the table. It was fun to try.
Went at noon on Thanksgiving Day before the rush. Food was excellent, as was the service. That best part was that the noise level was low as well. Good for conversation and hearing the music.
Little bit cold sat by the door and they rushed through the menu and little quick. Other than that food was fantastic and there was a great atmosphere.
