Love Gyu, it’s one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite. But, especially love a couple of the servers and one manager in particular at that location, who always go above and beyond as it relates to service and the customer experience. My favorite server is Zusanne.

Portions are feeding smaller, last couple of times I’ve ordered the same stuff and didn’t get full :( not a fan of their new menu.

Problem 1: Made reservation for party of 6. When we arrived on time, we were told to wait for 20 minutes, despite having a reservation. We ended up waiting for 25 minutes!

Problem 2: Front desk hostesses (2) had poor customer service, never gave eye contact, and never apologetic about the long wait despite our advance reservation. When it was time to be seated, the hostess took us to a back room and seated us to a table that was designed for 4 people, not for 6 guests in this party. She coldly said "take it or wait another 30 minutes." That was surprising to hear!! Such awful display of poor customer service!! We finally complained to manager, and got a another table, fit for 6 guests.

We will not return back to this restaurant. We may change our mind (food was good, and waitress was friendly) and come here on a weekday, but NEVER on a Saturday again!

Came on a date night and was not disappointed. Sam and Chris were both very attentive hosts and we were treated with respect and patience, despite how busy it got. The food was excellent as everything was wonderfully prepared. Definitely coming back for future date nights to come.

It's a treat to get nice cuts of meat and grill it yourself. Loved the Garlic Noodles.

Terrible they served my vegetarian Daughter garlic ramen with chicken after asking the waiter what they had available on the menu for a vegetarian child. Also asked specifically for the vegetable ramen, she was 1/2 thru the meal before she realized it had meat at the bottom of the bowl. Needless to say although they comped the meal she still left extremely upset and crying.

Kyle was our server and he was great. He knows the menu and is very friendly and professional. Food is brought out quickly and he really takes care of his customers. We were seated very quickly and the manager came and checked on us twice (including once to bring our order). Will definitely be back.

First time I have ever had an issue. Showed up 10 minutes early and didn’t get seated until 15 minutes after our reservation time AND asking if we had been skipped over in the seating (we were and then seated as soon as possible). Got seated and then waited 10 minutes before our waiter showed up. After he was there, he did a great job. Just a rocky start.

Very busy so service was a little slow. The place needs remodeling to clean it up. Also needs paper towel dispenser in men’s restroom has a small dyson blower (lame). Food was good considering you cook it yourself which makes it fun. Had the s’mores they were great.

Our group was out celebrating the birth of our friends' first baby girl and this was their first outing in months. We were seated right away once our group arrived and the server was quick to take our orders and also explain how the all you can eat worked. The food selection was amazing, especially the filet mignon and tongue which were succulent and savory. The garlic fried rice is a MUST as your side dish. The happy hour menu includes a very nice selection and the cocktails are delicious as they are unique. Dinner time does get loud and busy but the staff remains attentive. In our situation, our server was kept busy with a large party so the manager came out and attend our group letting us know why the delay was occurring. Overall, the experience was fun and there is nothing like grilling your own food with a group of friends to make the meal that much more entertaining. Be warned though that it can get a bit expensive depending on what level of the all you can eat you pick, but besides this, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Will not be back for dinner , hated the dinner menu. Very confusing and pricey!! Lunch menu is the best

It was very disappointing when I was told I could not get all you can eat unless everyone at the table paid for it also. Everyone could not afford the all you can eat price. Also the server did not have everything ready at our table before food arrived; such as silverware,plates, grill grate, napkins, and rice.

The hostess was rude. She stated my party was larger because I had a baby that was 6 months old. So I would have to wait and extra 15 minutes... We held the baby the entire time anyway 🙄

It was a pretty aw Done experience. It was fun to cook my own food but a little pricey. I didn’t eat $57 worth of food. Go with a big appetite.

It was a great experience, i’m never let down by the great customer service. sometimes they prematurely grab my cup and ask about a refill after putting their hands on the rim when i don’t even want need a refill, so that’s just a tiny pet peeve.

Food is amazing! I thought the price was a little pricey when I first came here but after tasting the food, definitely worth it.

We walked in and were seated promptly with our reservation time. Kyle was our server and he was great. Very attentive and polite and respectful. He gave us suggestions on the menu and we tried everything he suggested. The steak, chicken, shrimp, vegies and drinks were all great. Everything was seasoned very well and brought out fresh to our table quickly. The desert was a perfect way to end the evening. The price was very reasonable and worth every penny. I will highly suggest this restaurant to my friends. Go hungry and expect to spend about 1 1/2 hours eating and enjoying the atmosphere.

I had a great experience at Gyu Kaku. I was seated within 2 minutes of my reservation time even though the place was packed for Valentine’s Day. The food was outstanding and the service was quick and excellent; I never had to ask for a refill or for an empty plate to be taken. Overall, I had a very nice and fun Valentine’s Day dinner.

great service for how busy it was. fresh food. served in a timely manner. ended up picking this place for our 2nd valentines together. was the perfect choice. their supreme ayce menu was $52 but had a wide selection. from appetizers to meats and even ayce dessert which was amazing.

Other than the people at the bar being loud, it was as good as always.

This is my fav restaurant second year in a row celebrated my bday here always awesome
