Gyu-Kaku - Pasadena Ratings and Reviews
I made a reservation on 7pm.sit on 7:35.
order the food and drink.everything was really slow to come.
the beer pitcher come with no glass. wait for 10min just to cheers.
we had the meat with no souse for 15min.
Since Gyukaku is a Japanese restaurant ,I was expecting for good service.
food was ok, but stuff need more train.
The music was way too loud. We had to ask the waiter to turn it down a bit as the speaker was right overhead our table. It gave me a headache half way through our dinner. If not for the music, we had a wonderful meal..... quality, awesome food and great service!!
