Great service! Welcoming and friendly greeting as you walk in. Our server Georgina was phenomenal. Since it was my guest’s first time dining at this restaurant, she made sure to go through the ordering process. We ordered the meal for two at $70. Kudos to Georgina for making it a great meeting experience. I’d definitely come back!!
The restaurant is very nice and clean, service is good but could be a little bit better. Food taste good but a little bit over priced for the quality.
Friendly staff. Portions were perfect. Overall pretty good food.
acye kbbq would be better value for the price. Won't come again sadly
Good Customer Service! Adam was in top of the service and checked on us. Food is great!
They ran out of a lot of items in the menu
My family and I really enjoyed our time, food was amazing and service was even better. We will definitely be back.
Great service as usual!
I was here for my son’s 22nd birthday dinner. This place has been my kids’ favorite place ever since we moved from Japan. Sure, the quality of meat can be better but for the price, i think it’s fair. I appreciate that our server was very attentive and changed the grill often for us. This time, we ordered spicy cucumbers, bunch of meat and rice. They gave my son a complimentary dessert for his birthday which was nice. We also love that they have variety of small plates. Their customer services has always been on point from the moment we walk in to the moment we walk out.
I definitely would not recommend this for a romantic dinner. But for a regular date, then yes. Make sure you are not overly dressed as it can get messy if you are not careful. I never wear white coming here!
I definitely recommend this place for authentic yakiniku experience!
The food is good but they made their portions smaller
The restaurant is pretty spacious compare to Gyu Kaku in Beverly Hills. The atmosphere was good, hostesses were super friendly. Food was amazing as always. To start we had miso soup & salad. We had tuna poke nachos, chili & yuzu roast beef (both were delicious). For the meat we had 6 kinds. Everything was almost perfect till the last part that we were given wrong dessert (we asked two orders of s’mores but we got one s’mores + green tea ice cream). Our waiter was missing in action so we had to swallow it since the ice cream started to get melted. I also had to ask the hostess to swipe the card cos our waiter, Aaron, was nowhere to be found.
First timer and came to try the Dine LA menu. Lots of food for dinner at $35, about 4 courses which includes dessert. Some of the meat was very fatty but otherwise I enjoyed our dinner. There is no outdoor dining, they do temperature checks as you check in.
Georgia gave us the most incredible service
we were treated with respect and consideration. the food was delicious and arrived promptly. the hibachi in the table cooked and warmed everything quickly without burning us. i particularly enjoyed the breaded bacon pieces.
Georgia , Jacob and Allan were awesome!!!! Will definitely
I came here for DineLA. I was amazed by how tasty everything was. The seaweed soup was especially delightful. The meat is fantastic quality. Highly recommend this place!
The service was really fast, all of the servers were attentive to us (constantly clearing dishes and checking up on us). The food was amazing and the cheese wontons are unforgettable. The restaurant feels clean and the atmosphere is a good amount of loud.
The service and food was good ! I went during Dine L.A. and it wasnt too packed . I just felt bad as the hostest was limping because of her knee and another employee was wearing a neck brace to work...
We selected this restaurant from the Dine LA site. There was a lot of food and we cooked our own meat. I would definitely go back.
It was a very inviting and chill solo lunch. Love it as always
DineLA menu + HH pricing = win!
They ran out of the beer and ice-cream we wanted. Alternate beer was ok and we ended up with s'mores as our dessert! 😋
This is my second time here and i always leave happy.. I love the food... Thanks to Dine La i got to share this with my boyfriend on date nite and we left very full and happy.. We will back for sure...
Dine LA menu choice was excellent along with the price per person. Great service provided by the servers.
Food and service was very good.
Had issues with the hostess who refused us service because my guest didn’t have a mask, after asking her if she had any.
The hostess said “they ran out”. And kicked us out.
I’m there 2 or 3 times a week for either lunch and dinner!
Love Gyu-Kaku but this location was disappointing. Apparently they were short on a lot of their supplies and were barely receiving their shipment but did not tell us until almost the end. They also did not apologize for not including half of our food items. We asked for the check and paid and right before we left, an employee offered the remaining meats in our order. No type of discount for being short on our whole order. Will not being going back there.
Very delicious food and the service was great! Matt (seemed like he was new possibly) was honestly doing a really good job. Very attentive, polite and provided excellent service.
We made prior reservations and the transition as we walked in to our seats
Your wooden seats are not too comfortable, and it's too close to the next table. We are practically touching elbows.
the best service and tasty food at insanely good prices. thank you gyu!
Customer service was bad. We ordered the most expensive menu option everything we got was so late. Our appetizers came at the end when we finish our dinner. They didn’t even had bottle water to serve
I feel really bad about the servers at this location. There was not a manager in sight to help them out at all . Kitchen was so disorganized . Meals really need to be coursed . My meat came out first, followed by my salad 15 minutes later . Last item I was left to eat was my veggies . Not sure if it was the kitchen or the staff but meals really need to learn to be coursed . This is not the first time this has happened at Gyu Gaku at all locations .
No ayce when i went. Wish i knew that before going
Great time !!
Workers were nice: & food was great.
not like stated would space out; instead, there were another party sat just next to us , just a very simple carved divider on the table which could see thru and have hollows on. So for the whole time, we were like sitting on the same table with someone else which made all of us really uncomfortable during this pandemic time. Besides, the floor were dirty. Food was overall good, if this place could be much cleaner and space out diners, I would definitely come here more often.
The food and service was great but the place was so dirty and there were HUGE flies we kept having to fight off .
