Always great food and stellar service...this is always our favorite place to go.
Food and customer service was just perfect but double the price because was a holiday for me was unfair
Amazing service, outstanding meal, wonderful experience. Will definitely return!
The best place for Japanese BBQ. In addition, they have Wagyu A5 offered, which is a great opportunity for us to try it without visiting Japan
love it, they have the full menu now which is great
The absolute worst dining experience which I was looking forward to since it was my birthday. This is NOT fine dining like other Japanese BBQ's we've gone to. It is like a fast food restaurant where you get them in, get their money and get them out as fast as possible. No explanation from the server on what to expect or best way to order to enjoy the dining experience. For starters we got their pork pot stickers and an edamame but with the starter they immediately brought our order of mixed veggies and the two meat items, a chicken and filet mignon. I asked if their were any marinades for the meats. and told I'd have to order those separately. As the meats are already at the table for cooking might as well pass as there won't be time for the marinade to do its work. Also, we're doubtful it was filet mignon which costs more. It seemed more like cheap pieces of red meat cut up for stir fry which many grocery stores sell. Big disappointment as I'm a meat lover. The server whisked everything away as soon as possible so she could bring out the fixings for the s'mores which we told her we wanted to tease of grandchildren to love them. For $6 they bring exactly 1 marshmallow, 2 graham crackers and 2 very small squares of Hershey's milk chocolate candy bar for a person. There are serving people rushing by because we were seated right by the kitchen entrance. Having made the reservation on OpenTable and specifically saying it was for a birthday...and having them call me to verify we were coming and celebrating a birthday I would have thought the hostess would have taken that into consideration prior to sitting us in this location. Finally, we set dinner for 7pm but didn't know that they have an happy hour that has an "all you can eat" price" which ended before we arrived but that large families with small children and yelling babies were still having their "all you can eat" for the whole family. The noise level was unbearable. AVOID IF YOU WANT A NICE PEACEFUL MEAL.
Delicious. We always stop by and eat dinner here when we are in Orlando. Fun experience to grill your own meats and flavorful delicious cuts of meat to try.
The food is mediocre but the service is great
excellent but they could it done a nicer place. The seats are very uncomfortable.
This is my one of favorite restaurants. Especially, a waitress last time had great smile and service. Super!
We enjoyed celebrating my husbands birthday here. The food was amazing and the service was awesome too. Will definitely be going back.
The service and food were great
Great place !! Fun experience, would def be back !
Adrian is the best!
I had gone to Gyu-Kaku in NYC before, and that place was a bit more upscale than this one; to be honest, I like the family-oriented decoration more! Feels a lot more comfortable, which is especially important if you want to enjoy all the different options offered. The price is definitely not cheap, but worth it; if ordering a-la-carte feels a bit overwhelming with all the meat options then you can pick a set or take the $40/50/60 all-you-can-eat.
Overall I'd definitely come again!
Great time with friends
Food is delicious
Me and my family were in spring break and wanted to try something new.It was amazing and our waiter was just as amazing.
Food good and unique (for orlando) set up. Table and restroom were a bit dirty. Service was attentive.
I always enjoy dining at Gyu-Kaku. As a big eater, sometimes it's a bit pricey but worth trying there!
So nice and delicious. Loved cooking our own meat. Great experience!
Was okay, just overpriced
Unbelievably absolutely amazing food! So delicious! So flavourful! I can’t wait to go back!! Our waitress Devlyn was absolutely amazing during our stay. The culture and atmosphere was amazing! I’m so excited!!
Outstanding. Was our first time, and Mica explain everything to us very well. The menu it’s very very extense. They had a lot of variety of meats, and vegetables. Definitely we will repeat
Really enjoyed our meal and our server was excellent!
Great food and awesome new experience.
Great BBQ experience, will come back on my next visit to Orlando
Had a lovely time for my husband’s bday
great food and service
Great food and great staff, 10/10 would recommend. :)
We ate tons of appetizers and only ate the Waygu Beef. This place is amazing!
Best experience and presentation for restaurants in the area.
The foods were excellent! Service was fair. They have ended service before 90mins end so watch your own clock.
Gyu-Kaku is such an amazing and fun experience. It brings me back home to what I crave from their original New York City location. You usually see a line to get into the NYC landmark locale that extends out-the-door (rain or snow). The following is strong. I'm glad they chose Orlando to be their home too. The food quality is consistently good. The service and courtesy of the waitstaff is always professional, incredible and they make it a great time.
One of my favorite places in Orlando!
It’s the perfect time to spend with family and friends
All-in-all it was pretty good. Meat quality was a little off. Glad we tried it. Probably won’t go back.
