Excellent customer service, loved the entire restaurant!
It was fun, and the food was amazing
Food was delicious that place amazing I had a amazing time
Great....always the same food one expects when u go there
Server (Wale) did a great job! Very quick with food and with any refills we needed. Overall, 100% satisfied and will continue coming back!
Great food, awesome and attentive server, prompt service, and great ambiance. Will definitely return
Worst experience ever in Guy-Kaku Miami. Can’t compare to other locations in Boston or Orlando. The meat wasn’t fresh. The portion of garlic rice was really small. The regular rice was undercooked.
We always enjoy this restaurant w company.
Manager was awesome. Super great guy and great service as well. Best place for Japanese BBQ in Miami!!
I’ve been to Japan a few times and this place really reminds me of having bbq during our trip! The price is pretty good and food is great. I highly recommend the Sukiyaki Rice with the beef.
Was a little quiet when originally walking in but other than that no complaints. The dinner value plans for couples are amazing, highly recommend for special occasion.
Great food and service. Always consistent
Very pleasant evening good food ,Laura was a great help with the different options , the fried chicken my favorite . The price great
Will go back soon
Japanese BBQ, top meat quality, social dinner, individual preparation, excellent service
This place is perfect if you want dinner with an experience. Our burner was a bit faulty but the staff and manager immediately fixed it. The food was amazing and the staff is friendly, 10/10 recommend.
Great dinner and experience for entertaining friends from out of town that have never tried Japanese BBQ!
Great food great people
Our first visit was to celebrate our daughter’s 19th birthday. She had a wonderful time and the food was seasoned extremely well. Our server, Bryan wasn’t as attentive as we would’ve liked but it didn’t dull the excitement of the night (Bryan did make sure that we used our available points from the app). We’re planning on returning soon!
This is the best place to have Japanese style BBQ. There was no difference to the restaurant inJapan!
Edward, our waiter did a marvelous job. On a scale from 1 to 10 I give this restaurant a 10! The food was delicious 😋
excellent food and service. However, the tables and seating should be remodeled, thats my only complaint.
Good Asian BBQ, “cook yourself” style
However place needs renovation, booth seat was ripped and we were right below the AC vent freezing, when asked if we can change seat to open places, they were not available because BBQ oven was broken
They forgot our vegetables
It was a BDY and finally brought a nice chocolate cake with ice cream, we were already half way out...
The food was amazing and the price was very reasonable
Great experience for my mom on her birthday.
Don’t like the new menu prices higher food not as good
My 1st time dining here. At first The idea of cooking your own food threw me off. Then the meats came and before you know it I was [in the backyard over the grill] cooking. It definitely was fun. I like how you control the pace of your meal. Also the meats were very tender and well seasoned. Other highlights, the miso soup, simple with rich flavor, the $15 bottle (375ml) of nigori sake.
Our server was very friendly, always smiling and attentive. Even the manager came over and check on us. Which is very rare in Miami.
Will go back and check out other options on the menu.
The food was great, a lot of fun cooking our meals and eating them. Everything was delicious, fresh, and good quality. The server was super friendly and helpful. Sunday is happy hour ALL day! Lots of food and drinks to choose from
me gusto ka experiencia algo diferente a lo usual, la comida buena, un poco de calor por el fuego
that was the first time for us. We celebrated my husband’s birthday. The stuff were attentive. Our server was Andrea. You are realy lucky to have her in your team she is professional and knows how to treat guest.
It was great. Food was delicious and employees are very nice. I’d recommend to anyone.
The food was delicious. The waiter made a few suggestions that ended up being a great selection of meat. A little disappointed on how long it took for us to place our dinner order. Overall a great experience! Valet parking is $10 if you are dining in, and it is very convenient.
Enjoyed the variety of meats to grill and choice of sauces.
We had a great time! Would recommend to friends. We have been many times.
Horrible horrible service. I ordered 2 $55 all you can eat but food I ordered took 30 min to come out if it ever came at all. The food is awesome but service was the worst. I had 3 different waitresses and they all performed horribly. I left there hungry.
Absolutely amazing food!
The spicy Galbi Bibimbap was fantastic as were the Kobe Galbi short ribs. Great value for the culinary experience.
Service was a bit slow and our grill kept turning off. Once our table was changed everything went great. Food was great, overall a very good value for the money if you get the all you can eat.
I just came back from traveling to Seoul, Korea and was looking forward to having something similar to the Korean bbq I had overseas. I ordered pork belly, harami skirt steak and kalbi for my lunch combo and it was utterly disappointing. The meat could not have been sliced thinner and had a stench to it. The rice was cold when it got to the table and it had dark pieces which looked like scrapping from the bottom of the pan. The side salad was wilted. The tofu soup had an egg that was already hard boiled rather than poached. The tofu was not soft enough for the soup. Overall, I will definitely not come back nor would I recommend this restaurant to any friends/family.
