First time at the Richmond location, we usually go to the one downtown. We order quite similar things each time so the comparison is easy. The money wasn’t worth the meal unfortunately. Downtown location is far better in everything.

Amandeep was very helpful and patient. she had great customer service! she reminded me to use the gyukaku app to its fullest potential and was able to use my perks. the food was delicious and service was fast.

Young female Indian manager giving me attitude, no customer service, I tried calling twice. Nobody answered there is two people at the front reservation desk and nobody bothered to answer the phone., she was also very snippy

Ordered the 6 person set menu. Not all our set menu items came and we had to audit the menu and request missing food we were owed. The ordered a 4 person set menu with many items the same as our set menu except their portion sizes were exactly the same as ours even though ours were supposed to be larger or more for 6 people. Pork belly from our set menu was out of stock but we weren't told until we requested it (since it was missed). Replacement meat was the most fattiest pork shoulder that started fires underneath the grill and staff had to replace our grill twice. A handful of pieces were inedible as they were all fat.

Excellent food experience. Tasty well prepared menu. Our server was very nice snd efficient. Great place for an interactive dining adventure for your friends and families. I would return to try out other menu items. Only con would be the noise level, it can get loud as the decor does not absorb much sound otherwise all good.
