Love the place. Perfect place to go with family, date, or anything else. The only issue we had last time we went, was our server. He might’ve been overwhelmed so he gave us a bit of attitude. When we ask for a couple of items such as soy sauce, salt, things like that, and when it wasn’t delivered twice in a timely manner, and wants to be asked again, he kept repeating, there’s only one of him. He made it look like you’re asking a lot. I have them that love the restaurant.

Always enjoy eating here - the serving sizes for some of the proteins (meats) are a bit small in my opinion, but then again, you can enjoy a large variety of items to try...just be careful because your bill can add up...they do have All You Can Eat, so if you're really hungry, this is the way to go.

Food was great. Service was super slow. We unfortunately got sat in a section that the server was on break. We were almost instantly greeted by her backup who took our order. Then our server came back and that was it. Food came out so slowly and she even forgot to bring a plate after telling us she prepped it but then forgot it. We will be back because of the food

The restaurant is badly in need of some basic upgrades. One of the chairs at our table was missing a chunk of the cushion. The table stove went out while we were cooking. There was water in the floor on the restroom. Food was great and our server was good. Ambiance definitely diminished the experience.

We hadn’t been to this location since the Pandemic time in July when they opened briefly for 2 weeks, plus we moved closer to other locations now. But we were in town and decided to make a reservation here. Food was great like always, and the staff was super incredible, as usual.

Great over all can’t complain only thing is the damn tables lol there’s like ZERO foot space they force you to side on the ends need to move the table back from the grill space on floor

Wonderful family experience except the design of the restaurant lent it to be a quite loud echo of all the other diners. The server was very understanding and helped move us to a more quiet spot. But it was hard to hear everyone at the table. Food was delicious and a fun experience.

Had a reservation & there was no host available for 25 minutes. She finally came and started tending to people who just walked in instead of the people waiting. The food was okay, the server was REALLY nice, but overall won’t be going back.

Garlic noodles were better in the hot stone bowls, now it is served in a plastic bowl, one was served on a plate. Spicy tuna bomb was swimming in soy sauce, never had that problem before and we have ordered them a lot. Pork belly order was never delivered after all other meat was delivered we were advised it was still frozen. The karaage chicken salad was very dry ( all 3) needing a dressing and looked to have less chicken from past orders.

Enjoyed a first experience so much! The food was amazing. Wish I had a bigger tum to eat much more so it was worth the money. Individual portion on the all you can eat was pretty small but was decently sized for me.
