Food and service were excellent. Surprised at how busy it is at 3pm on a Sunday.

Great food & great service.

The experience here was absolutely outstanding. The food was flavorful, the service was top notch. The only downside was that my mother had found the women’s restroom to be somewhat untidy and there was a lack of hand soap in the restroom.

We went here during the COVID pandemic. Our service was great and the food was as awesome as usual! You need to go several times to know exactly what you should order for your liking, but you can’t go wrong with one of their suggested meals! I can’t eat a lot at one meal, but my husband certainly can do so! This is the perfect type of meal for us! Staff was very attentive and making sure we had everything that we needed.

Food was great as always, table was ready on our arrival and service was quick.

Very expensive we normally get all you can eat the bill was almost 100 for 3 of us very small portions we love this place but will be back when it's all you can eat! We could go to Houston's restaurant for almost the same price and get full meals!

Excited they are open again! Even with their temporary limited menu we still were stuffed and could barely finish our meal.

Amid new dine out rules it was a very pleasant experience. First dine out in about 3 months and felt good to go to a restaurant and have a sense of normalcy. Food was great and service was as well.

It was good overall. Services was excellent and very helpful with explaining the menu, etc. the foods are good with the price that we paid for: $30pp for dinner with 3 appetizers, 3 choices of proteins (meats), rice and a dessert. The place is nice and clean. We enjoyed it a lot.

Great happy hour menu and value. Although The wings are not on HH menu they are phenomenal and a must try. Love the garlic shrimp. Tried several of the steaks and loved them all. Fun vibe with friendly service. Will be back many times.

Service has always been stellar and this time was no exception. They are consistent with the good service that customers receive. The staff is knowledgeable about the food. They are quick to refill drinks and to check in on us. The quality is amazing!

For the price that they are charging, you can get better quality beef else where. The beef served there are very chewy and tough.

Love everything about Gyu Kaku, reminds us of eating yakiniku in Japan years ago.

Valentines diner

Initial server was pushy and rude (female). She quickly took our order then advised that she was rolling off. The second server was unavailable and hardly checked on us. The food brought to the table was not clearly explained... e.g., we order multiple orders of various meats -- for both sides of the table. The meat was plated on one plate without explanation. Hence, we were "waiting" for the additional plates. Servers failed to check on us as mentioned and failed to change out our grates. Annoyed by the lack of service, I asked for a napkin from a different employee. He was quick to scold me, saying, "he works the front and that I should ask my server". How rude! Terrible service. I guess it was bothersome since he, and our initial server + another employee were on a lunch break. If you are on break -- consider eating in the back -- not at the table next to me, a paying customer.
