   Food was fresh and plentiful. Flavor was good. A tad salty. A little expensive for what we got. Noise level was on the louder side. My mother in law who is hard of hearing complained about the noise level. Server was attentive and cleared empty dishes and refilled water pretty quickly. Ordered green tea and got hot water instead possibly because the server misheard due to noise levels.

   I was new to restaurant, and it was Mother's Day, so the restaurant was very busy, but, overall, staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to provide explanation or orderly presentatoin of Japanese BBQ meal process and courses. Vegetables/meats were presented in odd sequence (e.g. broccoli w/ cheese sauce long before anything else (even soup)); spacing was uneven. Other than delivering items to table, staff was inattentive. Quality of food was excellent.

   Had a great meal until the hostess approached our table as we were waiting on dessert and told us that there was someone waiting for our table essentially telling us we needed to leave while we were still actively eating. Super rude.

   My hubby and I brought my mom for a Mother's Day celebration was a great experience. Lots of food and delicious, too. My first experience grilling our own meat in our table. So novel! Our server, Merari, was fabulous, gracious, jovial, attentive and patient. Ask for her! Blessings, Lakela

    We waited 2 weeks for our reservation and was not impressed. We were rushed, waitress kept clearing the table when we were still eating. The menu is set with NO substitute, if you order the meals. When you order the meat, only enough for one person...left hungry and can not order sauces unless you order more meat. Oh, no knives only scissors to cut meat.

    The experience was average, but the food was not good, and very over priced. We ordered the two person meal for $65, we were served two or three steak courses, a pork course, and a chicken course. The chicken was good, both the pork and the steak were nothing but fat. Our serving of five pieces of angus beef was completely inedible, it was all fat. Not a place that I will return to.

    Read the reviews online before making reservations. It was a great atmosphere where my husband & I had a table alone. They have larger tables for guests with more than 4 so no worries on that. The food was delicious & it was a fabulous experience to grill our own food of choice. Would highly recommend. We will be returning two thumbs up Gyu Kaku of Greensboro NC

    Not worth the money. Server was rude. I asked for a Sapp Reserve & he knew he handed me a regular just to tell me they didn’t have any shocked on his face post asking the bar for one. It just. Didn’t feel welcoming. You can tell they work hard, it’s just a little uncomfortable.

    Overall just an ok experience. Protein portions were skimpy though. Waiter was nice and attentive. They need to provide better serving spoons and not flimsy plastic forks. Menu is huge. Food came out fast. Food was okay but didn't impress enough to return. The grill in the middle of the table is a bit gimicky.

    The food is amazing I have been 3 times since they opened, but Everytime I have had to ask, for plates, napkins, tongs for the food, it’s like the waitress just forget about you or Wht you need cause they so busy. But the food is still great, it’s nice and clean inside. Ready for the grand opening so you can order everything on the menu, I have still not tried there sauces cause the waitress never offers or maybe they just don’t have them at the moment.

    My husband and I went out for date night and our first dining experience here was overall good. We made a reservation for 8pm and was seated by 8:20pm. Our waitress seemed knowledgeable about the menu and was patient about explaining it to us. Unfortunately, though, I had to ask for clean silverware and plates several times. Also, our food caught on fire and the waitress told us she should’ve turned off the grill for us but didn’t. Still, the food was delicious and the meat was marinated well. We also loved the appetizers. Overall, we had a great time and would go back.

    We waited 15 minutes past our 5pm reservation after checking in 15 minutes early. After waiting, we got seated and started ordering what we wanted. Everything came out pretty fast and glad that we didn't have to wait for that either. Our server was very nice and fast. We got the chefs choice and all the meats were seasoned nicely. It was enough food for two people. There weren't any leftovers which was a good thing. We were full and not in pain after eating everything that came with the order that we got.     Super excited to try this place and it did not disappoint. It has a huge range of options as well as pre-selected courses that are fairly priced you get a lot of a lot of food for your money. They did not have alcohol during their soft opening but our service was great. We definitely will be back.

    It’s only a soft opening. Ordered chefs special. Cheese corn def needed some work. Pieces of meat were good but portion was Like a tapas. Comparing to Korean bbq. To be fair will come back again once they truly open.
