Pork bimbimbap is amazing as always
The host was on his phone as we walked in. We were not greeted or anything. A few minutes later, he realized that we were just standing there and asked if we were being helped. I ordered cheese wontons & the center was cold. When they “remade” it was basically burnt. I was just over it at that point. This used to be my favorite location, but the service has fallen off.
We had a great server and he provided us with awesome recommendations for us first timers. Will definitely come back!

They have new rules since they had a fire. Which affects the food, and I would honestly go to another location before I went back here
It’s was cool could have better service waiter’s was not attentive to customers. Place seemed to have renovations in progress , guessing because of the pandemic ... Hope next experience better

Gyu Kaku is definitely a place i’ll Recommend to anybody it’s a very intimate experience for a date night and fun for the family. I love the whole cooking our own meal ,it’s makes the people you came with to interact with one other

Wonderful service, staff was accommodating when we wanted to sit with another table as we had two separate parties without any issue. They made it a great experience and there are only good things I can say about this Guy Kaku location.

Happy hour and lunch are the best times to come. It's nice that they have lunch and HH on weekends, as well as half off drinks.
My friend and I took a long-overdue day off work for lunch bunching and day drinking. Gyu-Kaku offers several tasty lunch sets at an affordable price. We each ordered a three-item Create Your Own Lunch combo (2 BBQ items--$12.95 and 3 BBQ items--$16.95) with a mix of beef, pork, chicken. The chicken was OK, but the spicy pork, garlic shoyu ribeye and bistro hanger steak miso were our faves.
The Japanese BBQ format can easily accommodate large groups or a couple of friends. Great place for lunch!

Food was great, service was good (took a while for a server to initially come to our table though.) the booth seats were extremely uncomfortable. I’m a tall person (6’3).They felt cheaply made and minimal cushion.
Strongly recommend that you come with a crowd and meat eaters.
