A friend suggested us to go here. We were greeted and sat right away. We had one server that started us and then another that took over bc of section changes--though that wasnt clear until we asked what happened.(assumed it was a team style type service) The first server new this was our first time, but didnt really walk us through the experience like the second one did half-way through. He was nice, but not super engaging--he seemed more concerned w cleaning and doing his side work. Therefore I think we missed out on some experiences of how to order etc. For example we didnt know until almost the end that if you order food and dont eat it there is a waste charge.

The food...the chicken items were boring compared to the beef and shrimp. they had much more flavor and just melted in your mouth. the garlic noodles were the best noodles i have had. We had broccoli and zucchini as veggies and both were great. the chili dumplings were not great--too salty and lacked anything fun the crispy rice tuna was great and so was the miso soup. the macaroons were great and the fun take on the s'mores were a fun take as well.

now that we have been and learned some info it will make next time much easier--will def go there again and excited about all the different locations around the world.

I’ve been a few times. It was everything I expected. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I’m a great cook. LOL The only drawback was the ventilation. With all those “stoves” there should be more fans to draw out the smoke. I definitely recommend this place. It’s fun and casual.

I used to love this location but ever since they started the "all you can eat" promotion it's really gone downhill. The service is rushed, the food has lost its touch, and the restaurant is full of knuckleheads taking sake bombs. I don't think I will be going again for a while.

We made a reservation at 8pm for 5 people. I called in asking if we can change it for 7ppl in which they confirmed they can. When I got there they couldn't find my reservation and then proceeded to make me wait 50 minutes and when they sat me down it was at a 5 person table. I asked the general manager if I could move to a table of 8 because they were getting up soon and she told me someone else was coming for 8 people. After 20 minutes I asked again as the table was still open and they usually cancel reservations after 15 minutes. She said no again. This experience was a horrible, she was rude and cold and offered no help. Its sad because I come here once a week sometimes twice a week to eat. She didn't offer any compensation and didnt even really say sorry at all.

I really like this place however was a little disappointed in the experience.

Had to have the whole group (7 of us) relocate to another table since the ventilation was not working. While that was ok I guess, it kind of was a hassle since we were well into our first course.

Secondly it took forever to get my other meat dish I ordered. After asking for it I didn't really enjoy it as I was mostly through my meal. It ended up being out of sequence and not very enjoyable so far into the meal.

Soooomuch fun. Food was amazing, experience was amazing. Food came fast and noodles were hot. Great environment and social setting. Definitely going back, this will become a regular place for me.

Meat centric fun cooking with a group.
We were 3 college age guys and 1 mom.
They ate everything.
Make sure grill gets re oiled
meat gets sticky , veggies go in foil wrapped packets on grill - a little hard to get them cooked
Filet mignon was best cut

Great time and great food. Please fix the deteriorating decor (i.e., having a hole in the wall is just plain lazy)

日本食なのに、日本語話せるスタッフ一人もいなかった!ビバリヒルズにしてはちょっと失望、英語と日本語両方話せるスタッフがいればもっといいかな!
セットメニューの豚肉見た目は凄く悪かったから、日本ならありえないですね!味は良くも悪くも無くて、食べれるから!
