Gyoza Bar in Singapore marries their beautiful handcrafted Japanese dumplings with organic champagne – resulting in some serious firework moments. Settle into their intimate hole-in-the-wall in Clarke Quay, where the smooth sounds of jazz and soul set the tone for a very cool evening indeed. Gyoza Bar’s menu is simple and sophisticated, where diners can choose from gyozas pan fried, boiled or swimming in a moreish soup. In addition to a wide variety of champagne, Japanese classics like plum wine, shochu and sake are available as well as premium wine and beer.
