Was able to get reservation for the time our group of 8 wanted. We felt the 2 tables that were put together were not large enough to sit comfortably. Adrian our server quickly fixed the problem.

My first time there was for drinks and dancing and the bartender was very nice but was very busy so the drinks were hard to come by. This was my second time eating at the GW Grill. I went for Mother's Day and although the restaurant was not by any means busy the service was awful. They seemed to be bothered that we were there and they never checked on us for a second drink while even getting my first drink wrong. I thought I would give it another try, we went for dinner and it took 30 minutes before someone came to us to ask if anyone had taken our drink order. Our food took a long time and our drinks again were few. I don't mean to sound like all we had was alcohol I had a soda and my two friends had drinks. Although we were staying for an evening event, we opted to close out our check and get our own drinks. We did not tip well and the server confronted us on this. We went to the bar and it was close to impossible to get drinks that evening. Alcoholic or otherwise. Will not go back for dinner and only go to the bar if I actually get a seat at the bar for service.

I know this place is popular. Service was fantastic. Food was mediocre. Maybe we ordered wrong. Gonna go back for pizza!

I don't know how to review the restaurant. We tried to request two different dishes from the menu and was told each time - no, we don't have that. Rather than request a third and be disappointed we went elsewhere. I would try this restaurant again on another evening, hoping for a better outcome. Maybe just an off night?

I was there two weeks ago for a dancing event Friday and thought it would be nice for Mother's Day Brunch. The bar could use another person assisting the bartender. I made reservations for Mother's Day and went on an off hour. The facility was not full... yet we waited forever for drinks and for food. We were there early and the facility had already run out of a very basic Gilled Veggie wrap. We did not have as many drinks because it seemed we were being a bother to get assistance. The food was very good and would like to return to see if we went on an off day.

It took over 20 minutes to get a drink at the bar because the bartenders were changing over their shifts, there were only two tables with people in the dining room, yet it took another 20 minutes for anyone to take our order and when the food came, mine was cold (or room temperature)! Asked several times to speak with the manager and that really never happened nor were they sincerely apologetic for all the mistakes.

A normal sports bar. Although I wished the food was better. If you're looking for a quiet low key scene, this is definitely the spot!

Great local place for Italian American food with two options of a moderately loud bar scene or an upstairs more quiet area. Good pizza and mussels. Great garlic bread given at the table.
