Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar offers guests a taste of Fieri’s signature cuisine. It features bold flavors and unique twists on traditional dishes. Open Thursday-Sunday from 5pm until 11pm - The restaurant offers a delicious food menu including an extensive variety of burgers, wings, tacos, small bites and shareable food items.
The 6,500 square-foot space boasts a large outdoor patio and dining area with panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip. The cooking space features a metal, tile, and wood theme that closely resembles Fieri’s kitchen at home. Fieri’s tattoos are also incorporated as part of the design elements throughout the restaurant and bar, including coasters, napkins and dishware, as well as memorabilia from his alma mater, UNLV.

I was seated at the bar- which I normally don't mind. But I was at the end by the server pick up station, which was littered with old food plates (one sat there for the whole time I was there). When I ordered a cocktail, the bartender started making it and THEN told me they were missing one of the main ingredients. He still served it to me anyway and charged me full price for a drink that wasn't what I actually ordered. Food was totally underwhelming. It looked and tasted like it had sat for a while under the heat lamps. Because of where I was seated, I could hear other food complaints coming in about things not being hot/fresh at other tables. When I left, I passed by the entrance to the kitchen and I could see tons of pre-cooked food sitting under eat lamps. No wonder things tasted old and dried out! It was all pre-made instead of being cooked to order. I would NOT return. There are so many other places on the strip I could go and get fresher food and better quality service.
The food was amazing.
Wasn’t bad, wasn’t great. Menu was pretty limited. Nothing special about the indoor space. Patio space was very exposed - no separation from crowds of people (or their shouting, drinking & and weed smoking). Was expecting more.

We love Guy but we were so disappointed! The ribs were fatty. The salad had too much dressing. The french dip sauce was way too salty. It was noisy. We had reservations and still had to wait. We won't be back.

Food was great and I was supposed to only have a reservation for 4 people and at the last minute we had 5 and they were very accommodating.
10 out of 10. Love the place Trash nachos were huge. We split between two and still didn’t finish All lol.
Food and drinks were delicious! Very friendly and helpful waitstaff.
It took 25 minutes for our server to greet us. After we ordered our drinks it took another 20 minutes for us to be able to order our food. Other than the specific server the food was good and the drinks were as well. I’m not sure if it was because our reservation was at 9:00 or if it’s that’s specific server. But it was a decent place to eat once.
The Mac and Cheese Burger and Trash Cam Nachos are amazing!
Highly recommend reservations. Greek salad was really good. Lots of food! I added shrimp. Husband added chicken. We were both disappointed in the bloody Mary’s. Dresses with tons of toppings and looked fun but the actual drink itself wasn’t great. Had a great time though.

The food was excellent. Unfortunately our server wasn't totally engaged in what was going on - didn't see him much. We sat outside which, on the Vegas strip should be a super fun environment, but the smell of weed permeates every outdoor space around the strip these days. Not the restaurant's fault but they are a victim to their location in that regard. We'd come back for the tasty food for sure as this place is far better than other similar-themed tourist spots (I'm looking at you Cabo Wabo Cantina).
A little disappointed this time with the quality of the food. Burgers were way over cooked and a lot of items gone from the menu. Maybe just a Covid-19 thing with the menu. We always sit at the bar and Ashley is always the best around.

Dinner was great! We were sat at the bar, which I normally hate, but we still got decent service.
Overall the experience was ok. Once seated we waited for 10 minutes for waitress to come over and take our drink menu. Never saw her for refills. Waited 20 minutes for her bring check and another 10 for her to run our cards. Food was great. It was very loud in restaurant
Our visit was just ok - a lot of hype for the restaurant, but the food and drink was just average. Menu was limited. Service was good. Nice location, but maybe try something different!

The food was subpar . . . I felt that we were paying for the Guy Fieri's name but not receiving the Guy Fieri food . . . Burger was just ok.
I was not a fan of this restaurant. The server pretty much ignored us. The food wasn’t the greatest. It’s just an okay place to grab lunch.
For a guy who makes a living off commenting on other's food, his was nothing special. They didnt have any draft beers and service was mediocre. I'll spend my $75 on lunch somewhere else next time.
I wasn’t aware based on the website that it was a condensed menu but tried to make the best of it. Our waitress seemed put off to help us. 2 tables in her section literally got up & left because NO ONE stopped to help them in the 10-15 minutes they waited after being sat. Other than taking our order finally, she never helped us again. Other staff brought us food & refilled our drinks. She stopped at a table full of guys 6X though. We’re usually great tippers lol but she was working then I guess. On to the food.. I got the Rise& Shine as I was hoping for breakfast at 10am. I should’ve gotten it dismantled beforehand. The bbq sauce was sour/tart & the pork tasted “old”... my stomach later agreed. I took it apart myself though & ate just the french toast which was soaked well in egg batter to my liking...but the syrup was not. It tasted as if someone squeezed a lemon into it... overall, very expensive prices for low quality food. We gladly pay $200-$300 just for a meal here or home not including drinks IF it’s good quality & great service. I wouldn’t recommend this place currently to someone I dislike.
I have eaten here prior to covid & it was fresh well prepared food... I hope this returns but I will not for a long time to this establishment. Again, I felt bad for the other patrons that were ignored for 15 minutes or longer.
Not worth the hype. Menu was limited and overpriced even by Vegas standards. Burgers were good but nothing special.

It pains me to have to write a review like this but it has to be done. The food was good however I strongly believe this restaurant is trying to scam tourists. I made a reservation for 2. Upon being seated we were handed scannable digital menus as most places now have due to COVID. We decided to go with the full rack of ribs. The menu stated they were $31.99. When I got the bill, mysteriously, the ribs were now $34.99. Here is where the experience gets really bad, really fast. I called our server over to point out the discrepancy and he stated that he was sorry but that the menu had probably not been updated. Ok listen, I’m from Los Angeles, I’m not some stupid tourist from the middle of nowhere. This was a terrible excuse as these were NEW and digital menus. It’s not like you had a printed menu where you have to print new versions of the menu to change a price. Then he just looked at me as if nothing was going to be done. When I asked to speak to the manager he pulled out his own tip money and says “well let me just give you the $3” to make me feel bad that it’s coming out of his money. This is the oldest trick in the book. They charge you one price then later they refund the item and change the price and keep the difference on top of their tips. There was a class action lawsuit against a well-known restaurant in West Hollywood for pulling that same stunt. This needs to be looked into!! I know it’s only $3 but if you scam $3 from 1,000 different people now you have yourselves a profitable little scam! Sorry buddy I’m not falling for it. Been there, done that!!
It was for Valentine’s Day. The wait was short. The hostess was on point and hustling. The nachos were incredible! Definitely worth ordering. Would come back for the trash can nachos.
Went for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend. A little confusion on where to sit but overall nice. Menu could have been better.
Very limited menu mostly burgers. We ordered the pulled pork and fries, sandwich and no flavor and the flavor of the fires were a little sweet. The manager didn't charge us which was nice. Not going back.
The food is ok, the portions generous, but the atmosphere isn't that great and the cost is crazy high. I know we are paying for Guy Fieri's name, but the food was really just ok. We did have a great server, she was the highlight of the visit.
Went during the pandemic and the full menu wasn't available. I got the ribs, fantastic. The mac and cheese on garlic bread was really good too.
The food was not good at all, flavor was not where it should have been, drinks were way overpriced. Just a very bad experience overall.
