Celebrating my husband birthday
Food was very mediocre at best, go somewhere else there are so many other good options. I regret going here and will never come back.
The food was okay. My friend complained that her burger barely had any flavor. The atmosphere is rustic but the music is extremely loud! We had to yell to talk to each other.
Not impressed with the food. Ribs weren’t quite done. Mashed potatoes appeared to be breakfast potatoes with drizzled cold cheese. Won’t be back.
The burgers were definitely delicious and perfectly filling. We had outdoor seating and saw a lot of crazy things from start to finish of our meal. The cocktail was sweet and well balanced but lacked the booze portion.
We ordered the Trashcan nachos thinking they would be enough for two but we were disappointed At the presentation and amount. Barely enough for one and I am not a heavy eater. We also ordered the Bloody Mary for two very disappointed. The presentation was beautiful and we got a lot of compliments however I think they forgot to put the vodka. We had to ask for refills several times 😒
Great place and dining venue
We had a Hawaiian chicken sandwich and a southwest chicken salad. The sandwich was amazing, fries were amazing the drinks we got were amazing the chicken salad was really good except for the chicken. The chicken was so dry it wasn’t edible. We picked the chicken out. It was cold and very over done. Everything else on the salad was perfect and delicious.
On vacation-we sat outside. The patio is nice-u overlook the vegas scene. More of a casual dining spot which is what we were looking for. The food was really good but a bit pricey for bar type food. We had the hummus which was good but a small portion for the price. The jalapeño bacon poppers my husband loved. The veggie burger was one of my faves ever! I really wanted the cheesecake but they was too full....
Good burgers, but NOT $25 GOOD.
Brittany was EXCELLENT and attentive, and made my mother’s birthday a real treat!! Food was delicious as always!!
Amazing food! Service was super nice!
Wings were large and well prepared. Dipping sauce and fries were spicy and flavorful.
Amazing food and service!
Food was tasty, service was a little slow but it was a busy night. I recommend the mac and cheese burger and trash can nachos!
We were here last year, and what can I say, it was off the chain! BUT I feel like they changed the Trashcan Nachos recipe, I noticed this on my visit last week, They aren’t as yummy & it had cubed pork instead of pulled pork, but I will return every time I’m in Vegas.
We hardly saw our waiter! But the food and people watching was AMAZING
Everything was great. We had such a great experience for being first timers. I expected nothing less from Guy.
We were really disappointed in the food- their famous trash can nachos were terrible. Really wanted to like this place but it was a huge disappointment. I would not return again.
The food was flavorful as expected and the service was friendly but non intrusive.
Unfortunately Open Table you allowed me to book a reservation that was t available and they were closed! I checked out of a hotel room early and drove an
Hour to find out they were closed. You should know that!
I thought it was ok. Food was good. Service was good. A little pricey.
Waitress was awesome and food was wonderful. Will return
Such a DISAPPOINTING experience. We came to Guy’s for a celebration for my mom’s milestone birthday, and it couldn’t have been worse. We found hair in our food, were brought two under cooked seafood dishes, ahi tuna nachos were horrible, filled with mango and pineapple and one or two tuna pieces and awful flavor, no apologies for anything. We were then charged for everything, even after we were so grossed out with our food barely touched any of our meals. We had high expectations and were so looking forward to this reservation. Big disgusting disappointment here. Shame on management for not even checking in on this too. Could have been better with just some empathy on our horrible experience, but nothing.
Won’t return, wouldn’t recommend either.
The service was great, very friendly staff and the ambiance was nice.
The food was ok :/ not great and overpriced.
We made reservations and still had to wait about 30 mins to be seated.
Super loud but great food
The food was the worst we had in Vegas. Service was bare bones and the ribs were so overcooked they tasted like well done steak won’t go back!
Our server Brittney was wonderful.
The menu is a bit limited now but we will continue to go there; I like to sit outside and people watch:)
Great Service, first and foremost. There was a line to check-in, as usual right now, and we were immediately seated over others as this establishment respects being an Open Table Customer and what it means to it’s patrons, “Priority”. Our Server was awesome! Very attentive. Always checking back to see if we needed anything. Food was delicious. We just ate a bunch of Apps. Nachos are killer. They come in a coffee tin and dump it on a plate in front of you. The lettuce wraps and chicken egg rolls were amazing. Highly recommend and an easy walk if you’re staying at Harrah’s.
Service sucked waiter had no personality hardly gave us attention kept giving the bill to my daughter when clearly I was paying just weird
Always have to come here when we land!
This was our third time to the restaurant over a two year span. The menu has not changed, and seems the quality has gone down on the food. Ordered featured cocktails for the first time and unfortunately I think most of the world can make a better margarita especially with patron as a ingredient. Maybe pair Guy with standout bar name. Please not Vanderpump, but visit a Detroit speakeasy or even the C-21 hotel bar in Louisville. Pump up the cocktails and change out a few items. Don’t get forgotten during the pandemic.
For a restaurant of this caliber, I was fully expecting the food to be a lot better but was very disappointed. Also, they did not have any fountain drinks available.
Food and service excellent, Daniel was our server. Appreciate all Guy Fieri is doing to help the restaurant community and wanted to patronize his place.
Our waiter was AWFUL!!! Felt like we were bothering him, very poor service and he messed up our bills and never even said sorry just walked away. Food was great but with service like this not sure we would return.
We were there on Saturday night and there was a very rude couple who continued to bully the staff, however, one of the managers i believe did a fantastic job handling the situation. They were kind to this horrific couple and continued to provide exceptional customer service to everyone. The meal was awesome and i can’t say enough about how well the manager managed a difficult situation. He kept his sense of humor while dealing with this hideous couple. They were seated in the corner by the window, which kept them away from the sane customers. Job well done!!
Fantastic food! We absolutely loved the experience!!!
Good, but I expected more from a celebrity chef. I’ve had better meals at random restaurants in Vegas.
Food was not what I expected it to be our server was great
Food was great. Price was ok. Service was average. Will go back to try different things. Bacon, Mac n cheese burger was super great
