Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar offers guests a taste of Fieri’s signature cuisine. It features bold flavors and unique twists on traditional dishes. Open Sunday through Thursday 10am until 11pm. The 6,500 square-foot space boasts a large outdoor patio and dining area with panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip. The cooking space features a metal, tile, and wood theme that closely resembles Fieri’s kitchen at home. Was tasty food delivered quickly. Staff very attentive and polite. Not a super great value for price despite the “$$” rating, $23 for a very modest sized cocktail, $28 for a cheeseburger and $22 for 8 wings, which is high even for post-pandemic inflation fueled Vegas prices. Not what I expected given the brand and online cost estimates. It’s simple comfort food by Guy Fieri.

I cannot recommend anyone eat here. We read negative reviews and thought maybe they overstated the issues. They did not. We had the signature trash can nachos and the buffalo wings. Wings were fine portion and cooked okay, but the buffalo sauce is best described as musty. Nachos were tragic. We wanted to like them, the nacho chips were thick and fried, and plenty of cheese. But the pork was stringy over-fried cubes and the pickled onions carried a cardboard/bottom of the vinegar barrel taste. (This is sad because we love pickled onions and were excited someone put them on nachos.) Staff was super nice, and the waiter asked how things were. When we said the nachos weren’t our favorite, he took them off the bill. In all, this is a Hard Rock Cafe on a bad night, and not worth celebrity chef prices.

Disorganised when arriving. People booked and waiting all queuing together meaning long wait when booked already. Still eating starters when main was just put on the table without a word. Felt rushed and impersonal. Disappointed as this was a special occasion that wasn’t special. Food was however tasty and large portions.

Food was excellent and served incredibly quickly. Downside was the booking in process - we had reserved and there was a queue for reservations however it was not made clear that we were to check in first before queuing. There was only 1 person managing crowds of people who did not know how to queue and were very nearly considering leaving and going elsewhere as it was so chaotic and confusing.

Make sure you arent in a rush to get anywhere else, it took 45 minutes past our reservation time to get a table, and we all showed up 30 minutes before our reservation. We were told multiple times our table was getting cleaned and almost ready and then nothing for another 15 minutes. There were people that did not have reservations, with larger groups than ours, that showed up after our group, and that were seated before us. The food took maybe 30 minutes to arrive to the table, so in all it took us an hour and 15 minutes past our reservation time to get to eat there. The food was okay, nothing to write home about, yet alone should have won multiple awards. It was an experience but will not go back.

It was a wonderful evening for a Thanksgiving dinner at Guy’s restaurant. We were here celebrating the holiday and had a great dinner. The Turkey mashed potatoes and stuffing were terrific. I’m personally not a yams person but the other family members enjoyed them also they liked the green beans. The 4 of us will probably come back next year and do it all over again. Thank you very much 😎

Great experience and love the trashcan nachos. Just don't charge my credit card the $50 deposited cause I've paid my bill in full at the completion of my visit. It's happened before through open table.

Good burgers and good service for the amount of people the staff was dealing with. However, coming from Houston TX where super gourmet burgers are under $20, I felt ripped off paying nearly 30 here. That’s just Vegas pricing though.

Only bad thing to say is that we had reservations for 6:00 and didn't get in until after 6:30. So what is the point in having a reservation if you have to wait outside in a line pass your reservation time. My husband wasn't happy. It will be hard to get him to go back after we rushed over there to make our reservations to just have to wait.

The waitress recommended the Kobe burger. It was all right, there was only two slices of pickles on my burger, so I didn’t even notice. I had any pickles on there until the last two bites. It is an incredibly greasy messy burger to eat. So I highly suggest you don’t wear nice clothing if you’re going to eat this particular item. The flavours went very well together, but like I said, I didn’t realize it had pickles until the last couple bites. That made all the difference in the world… make sure you have pickles on it, before biting into it.

Service was poor from the host stand when we had to ask three separate times where to stand for our reservation, each time being given a different answer. Our waiter was kind but very curt in his approach. For food we order a sharable and two entrées, and the dishes were just okay overall. However, we found a hair in one of the dishes when it arrived.

After booking this reservation 2 months in advance for our honeymoon in Vegas we were very disappointed during our visit. As we made a reservation we were still made to wait off to the side as if we did not. Our food was not hot at arrival, Mac and cheese was not fresh, it tasted old and the crispy onions were not crunchy but stale. Ribs were cold and not fall of the bone and my salmon was over cooked giving it a stringy chicken texture. I understand and fully expect to pay higher prices for food worth that price tag. The environment was good as there was a football game on. As a avid fan and follower of a Guy Fieri’s brand and image. It left us almost in tears at how disappointed we felt after. I will not be recommending or sharing any of my food photos with friends as I feel that would be deceiving.

We were a party of four. I arrived 5 minutes early with my husband and we were waiting fir my sister and brother in law to celebrate our 4oth wedding anniversary. They wouldn't seat us until we were all there. We all traveled...us for 13 hours, 3 flights, we were exhausted and just wanted to relax and perhaps have a drink first but no...they were firm on us waiting. Because of the formula 1 construction it took my sister another 20 minutes to get to this place. I found this unacceptable for a high end diner.

We ordered the queso chip dip and the cheese was not completely melted. It was good just would have been better with creamy cheese piping hot. The Bacon Mac-N-Cheese Burger was good. I would make it so you can actually take a normal bite vs it being so large. Overall it was average. I was hoping for something better from Guy. I would try the wings next time for sure.
