   We are in town to visit the Omaha Zoo and decided to stay at Harrah. One of the biggest reasons for staying at Harrah was Guy Fieri, this was our fourth Guy Fieri to visit and was very disappointed in the atmosphere and how long it took to get our food. Trashcan Nacho is our favorite and this one was cold and hardly any cheese. Our main course took 40 minutes to come out and at that point we were done and ready to leave. After visiting this restaurant we will not return. If you want a great Guy Fieri experience try the one in Vegas those people love the job and take pride in the food they serve

   Three of us were excited to try Guy's new location in Council Bluffs. We ordered the chicken alfredo, fish and chips and the roast beef. All three meals were mediocre at best. The roast beef was down right bad. The Chicken alfredo was horribly over seasoned and salted to the point it was hard to eat. The fish was OK but bland. Couldn't be more disappointing.

   The food was fine but noise level was so high that we honestly had real difficulty holding a conversation. I understand your desire to have an energetic atmosphere but this was over the top in terms of sheer volume. There are alot of 3 star restaurants Id be happy to visit again but not this one.

   It's a tough start when you ask folks to use reservations, guaranteed with a credit card...and then leave them unattended for 30 minutes. It got better, but the food was not outstanding and having music bingo at top volume does not make for a atmosphere match for Valentine's day.

    Our first time here, Don’t get me wrong. We had a very nice night. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. The appetizer of pretzel pull apart was amazing. Salmon cooked perfectly but everything cold ….ribs, macaroni and cheese mashed potatoes all cold. Cornbread muffin very nasty. The nuggets of corn in it were like wax when you chew them, they stuck to your teeth and wouldn’t come off! The special was just salmon and mashed potatoes, nothing else like asparagus, broccoli etc. seemed weird?! Probably will return just because of atmosphere and appetizer, but they definitely need to work on some things!
