Welcome to Guy Fieri's El Burro Borracho, or the Drunken Donkey in its literal translation, where no detail is overlooked. Voted 2020 Best Mexican Food and Best Margarita in Laughlin, enjoy Mexican dishes familiar to those north of the border – tacos, enchiladas, burritos, fajitas and more – but created in a traditional style familiar to folks south of the border, and then blended with upscale touches and flair from what you would expect from Guy Fieri.

Start with a signature Cadillac Margarita or Pineapple Habanero Margarita and some trash can nachos.

Available Thursday through Monday with seatings at 4PM, 6PM & 8PM (excluding concert nights). This experience includes a tasting flight of 3 of our top Margarita's - De La Casa, Caliente , and The Cadillac. Table side fresh guacamole prepared by our trained staff along with queso. I was very sad that the restaurant was out of corn. They had just opened at 4 p.m., and I had ordered it before 6. I guess they ran out the previous day???

We visited at 8 pm on a Thursday evening, with reservations booked. The servers were attentive, but rather abrupt, the restaurant was empty and numerous tables were dirty , so maybe they were cleaning up after a rush. Not too many gluten free options which is surprising. We had fish tacos, which were ok, but not the level we were expecting. We would go back, but were expecting a better overall experience. Overall it felt no different than fast food to be honest, just more expensive.

Wonderful fresh guacamole and salsa. Some of the best queso ever. Servers were beyond attentive.

Unfortunately the food was cold my shrimp tacos were over cooked and tortillas cold along with rice and beans service was good overall not worth the price very disappointing

I ordered pozole, it was salty and so was the shrimp cocktail. The flour tortilla on the tacos tasted raw. Chips was hard, salsa was bland. Taco salad was good, fajitas was good. Overall, it was nothing amazing. Nothing to rave about, service was great, our waiter was very accommodating and nice.

Service was not good. Staff seemed annoyed or completely ignored us. Both our orders were wrong. Food was cold and lacked any flavor. Queso was the best thing we had , it actually had flavor. Won’t be returning.

Noisy, constant blender noise from bar. Lights Too bright. Food was cool, not hot. Prices were very high $8.95 for domestic beer. Margaritas all $15+ Very disappointed with the whole experience.
