The menu has not changed. Needs an update. Too much seafood and not enough variety. Choices were minimum. BRING BACK THE TRUFFLE FRIES!!!!

Have been to Guy’s several times and the food is always outstanding. The service is excellent as well

The food, service and ambiance was so GOOD!!!!! My husband and I decided that we will stay at the Bally's next time just to eat there every night. You will not be disappointed and a HUGE shoutout to our waiter Subzero who sang a memorable HBD song to my husband! I absolutely loved it!

Dinner here always very good. The service is excellent and attentive.

Went for the price fix menu. The prime rib was spectacular, salad tasty and
cake just too filling! Service is always excellent, just wish they didn't have to
close a few days a week because of staffing shortages. They surely
do not disappoint when they are open.

We love this restaurant! Go for the 3 course $36 menu (not available on Saturdays or holidays) Prime rib is moist, juicy & succulent and HUGE. We’ve had menu items in the past on the regular menu and everything was out of this world! I agree it’s a little pricy, but, hey it’s AC! I definitely recommend.

Food was delicious! The server was great to mention to us to share the sweet potato after we couldn't decide as it is ala carte. The portions were very large.

Meal was great, hot and fresh. Served as if prepared by a personal chef. Serving staff worked together, each seamlessly bringing food and making sure your needs were met. I will be back !! 🙂

We were very disappointed. My husband and I both ordered prime rib. Although it looked beautiful and by looking at the coloring it looked like it was cooked properly, I don't believe it was cooked low and slow. It was tough, and I though I usually enjoy all the beef fat around the cut, and the fat on both pieces was inedible. Chewy and not rendered. We ordered 2 different types of desserts, which were both dry and stale. They were also frosted with American buttercream which made them taste on the cheaper side. For what was supposed to be a fine dining experience, I think I would have had a better prime rib and dessert at Outback.

You can not beat the service at Guys.
Food and cocktails top notch but it’s the service!!

Front desk woman was wonderful, but too many jobs. Took awhile to check in with reservations. Good excellent! Waiter Richard/Luigi outstanding. Fun and great recommendations! Well worth the price. Food or drinks did not disappoint!!

The food was excellent , the atmosphere was nice and quiet and our server did a great job helping us with our selections on the menu and overall service. Highly recommend

For occasional dinning experience

MY husband and I had THE BEST time!! The food was DELICIOUS!! We had the shrimp cocktail with lump crab, steak and shrimp, short ribs (which were not on the menu), crab-stuffed mushrooms, Caesar salad, macaroni and cheese (without the bacon), baked potatoes, 7-layer chocolate cake, and the strawberry “Fool” dessert. Yeah, we had a lot!! LOL Our server, GUIDO, and his team were on top of EVERYTHING- very attentive and helpful!!

This was our first going to Guy Fieri’s Chop House. Every time we were in Atlantic City and tried making reservations- they were BOOKED!!

So I made reservations a week in advance. Glad I did!!

MAde a reservation through Open Table for 5:30. Arrived 15 minutes late and were told our reservation was about to be cancelled. The restaurant was not very crowded and we were seated at a table in the middle of the room. Service was fast and our waiter reviewed the specials, took our drink order and when he returned took our food order. My friend and I both ordered the seared scallops. I had a side of grilled asparagus and he had the sautéed spinach. The scallops were excellent as was the polenta they were served on. Both vegetable dishes were excellent as well. Afterward I ordered the pumpkin cake that was equally delicious. The cake was moist and lite and the icing similar to a carrot cake but deliciously creamy.

The food was very good. The service this time was not very good. The server seemed as though she was in a hurry and had somewhere else to be. We were never offered refills for our drinks. If I go back I would certainly make sure I get a different server.

Best prime rib we have ever had, melt in your mouth delicious. Everything about this place was great. Sub zero our waiter was excellent, he needs to sing professionally. We will be back.

Average overall. We expected the food to be over the top because of Guy's reputation but it was just ok (not bad, but for the price there are much better steakhouses out there). Bally's casino announcements were loud and played out an overhead speaker every 8 minutes which consistantly interrupted our conversations. Waitstaff was very friendly.

The menu is not focused. Such a random mix of things. If the place is called a chop house you would expect a quality steak! The steak was not quality, very thin Rib eye, and the food and the atmosphere is on par with an old Bonanza restaurant.
The people and service was fine but the food was not quality or what you would expect from Guy F. The fries were soggy and tasteless, the burger not great. (Which we expected to be great???)
We can not think this would pass Guys standards? If he has his name on this place there is a level of expectation.

Ate there many times but was this was the bad. I don't know if they are lowering the quality of the food or what. Prices are higher and quality is lower. Very unhappy and probably will not go back again.

Luigi our was the best! Our busser was also polite and professional. We were there pre theater and ate with out be rushed with plenty of time to spare. Luigi timed everything perfectly! Filet and NY strip were extremity good, The whole experience was awesome. Would surely go there again. Probably would not stay at Bally's again, but would make the trip to this restaurant.

Food and wait staff were excellent....

Our overall experience was excellent. Seated shortly after checking in. Service was great! Food was prepared perfectly as ordered and butter bomb potato was mouth watering.
