The atmosphere was amazing.we had the pretzel bites and they were good. Over done with cheese but good. My wife had the wings and were cold. Flavor was there but they were cold. I had the ribs they came out burnt. They quickly replaced them a d they were great. The thimble of Mac and cheese that came with the ribs was not good. Homemade pickles were the best pickles I have ever had. Overall the best part was our waitress Jennifer. If you go there request her. I love Guy and will always support but they have to step the game there. Guy get on them.

We were very disappointed in our service, meal and experience on our 12-7-23 visit. We had dined there last year and were excited to return. The decline in food and service was substantial and it was not a pleasant experience nor worth the $100 we spent. We will choose other restaurants the next visit. It started with the server/hostess conversation in front of us. We asked to be put at a table with chairs vs. the low seated bench that my husband was seated at. The waitress made the comment that if they move us to a table, it is still in her section but we are tying up a 4 top. The restaurant was very empty and there were plenty of empty tables. Our reservation was at 6. The food took 45 minutes to come up. It was all cold when served, ribs, fries, Kobe burger, all ice cold. My husband loves salt but the Kobe tasted like brine, barely edible. The server used way too many baby doll, baby, honey etc. comments when she did check in with us. Inappropriate! I think Guy would have been embarrassed to have his name on our food experience.

Food cold....especially the waffle fries and French fries. Presentation lacking, lobster lollipops looked like a piece of tempura fried chicken stuck into cold fries mixed with cold cheese. Steak sandwich very plain - no real cheese to hold the sandwich together, just sprinkled with some parmesan. Zero ambiance. Lacking fun and playful decor. Disappointed.

My husband was in break from the WSOP. I had reservations and we were immediately seated, ordered something quick - a chicken sandwich. Thirty minutes later - no food. The waiter was unconcerned- lollipop gagged around. Unreal.

I had a reservation for dinner. Arrived on time even a few minutes early, there was no one there it was 4 o’clock in the afternoon. The hostess tried to sit us at a tiny little table off the side, where everybody had to exit the restaurant. Ridiculous, and when I asked for a different table, the hostess mumbled some not so nice words under her breath as she left. The food was just OK. Not worth the price.

I ordered the 16oz steak with roasted garlic potatoes and asparagus. I asked for my steak to be cooked well done, it came out pink. I had to send it back to be put back on the grill. The potatoes were barely warm and had stuck together by the time they came out. However the asparagus was really good. It was a first time experience and I will not be back for another. I thought since it was my first time I would try it.

The entrees came out 2 minutes after the appetizer. Service was slow which is fine if the food is hot and tastes delicious. I will have to say I was disappointed. Food was lukewarm and just average. Nothing at all special. Even the dessert was not that good.

First time in! Peach Whiskey Mule was fantastic! Wife’s mojito was missing some muddling and flavor. Had the pretzel pig pile, was not life changing, top pretzels on the pile were cold. Entrees pulled pork was left in the warming table to become jerky, vinegar based slaw would have stopped us from ordering it. The Kobe burger was good! Trio of Fries were tragic. There is three different types of fries, they need 3 different cook times, we had straight cut fries they were hard, waffle fries that were okay, and then the third type were soft. $95 feel like it was fraud.

We were not impressed with the food for the price. The drinks are beyond expectations!! They were so good compared to the food! We had the lobster popsicles which were good kinda chewy but the taste was really good! My aunt had the bbq sandwich the bbq was weird it was dry but really greasy. My Husband had the mac and cheese burger he said the mac and cheese on the burger was really good but his patty was over cooked and very dry. I had the trash can nachos the meat was really dry and there was really nothing on them like described on the menu, I did ask for no black beans but it was really nothing but chips and a lot of dry pork. The service was exceptional! Our waiter was amazing! The restaurant was not busy which was a plus! We didn’t complain or send anything back just left a lot of our food on the plates! And we can’t say we will be going back.

After second visit we decided we would not go back because of food quality, pricey, and poor service It had been a while since our last visit so we decided to give it one more chance. It had not improved since our last visit. The bench seat cushions are so soft that you sink into the bench and the table height was right at my chin level Several customers were seated next to us where the bench is shared among tables and each customer asked to be moved to a table with chairs because of the poor quality of the bench cushion Food Menu is exactly the same as before Our Food was cold when serviced to us Putting the side of mac & cheese on top of the texas toast made the texas toast soggy Service was not great. Server asked if we wanted desert and we had just started eating our meal. The restaurant was not busy at all. The server brought our check to us before we even finished our meals Why are the salt and pepper no on the tables anymore? Took a long time for server to find the salt and pepper for us to use. That’s strike three so we will not be returning to Guy Fieri’s Cherokee kitchen & Bar at Harriahs Cherokee, NC
