Gusto Divino Trattoria Ratings and Reviews
Wonderful meal at a wonderful restaurant - the food was delicious and the service amazing. I had the pasta with Portobello. So tasty. My husband had the skirt steak - he loves it. He alternates between the veal and the steak. Authentic Italian. I hadn't been back in a while - big mistake. I have definitely been missing out.
This was our first visit since it was it was Butera's. We went with another couple on a Sunday evening and used a Groupon.
The waiter was very good and didn't rush us along.
We had cocktails and had plenty of time for conversation before we ordered.
We ordered two appetizers, eggplant rollatini (very good) and an artichoke special that was just ok.
For dinner we had A Soft Shell Crab (special) and crabs were small and plate was very salty.
Saltimbocca (very very salty). I've had this dish in many restaurants over the years and sorry to say it was the worst.
Shrimp Scampi Risotto ehhh
Overall it was okay but we wouldn't again.
We have many good Italian Restaurants in the area that we go to on a regular basis but sadly this won't be one of them.
I was here about 6 months prior to this last visit. Food is excellent. We used a Groupon both times. But the prices are still good without it. The only thing I don't like is that if you order a chicken dish such as the francaise, it comes with like a handful of small baked potatoes instead of a choice of pasta found at a lot of Italian restaurants. But the food is excellent and I would go again
We had an average experience as we went in for lunch. For an hour or so we were the only party (4) in the place therefore hard to get a read on noise level.. service was very good...
Food was basic and average nothing was outstanding of what our party ordered.... wines were rather expensive... if u are looking for average this would be the place for you
I was dissatisfied with my salad. It was not fresh. I should have sent it back. Dinner was very good. There was a table of 6 people close to us. They were using electronic cigarettes. Luckily we had finished our dinner. I do not think that was appropriate.
We celebrated our daughter's 23rd birthday with my parents. The service was great; our waiter was very attentive - the place was busy for a Tuesday night. The baked clams need to be a little bigger. Other than that everything we ordered was delicious. This was my second time eating here and I will definitely come back
Everything was fine, food was good, service was well, too good if that's a thing. It's very nice to check and see if things are okay, and that being said our waiter was a little overboard in that respect, coming back many, many times to ask us. In his defense, he was exceptionally knowledgeable in the extensive list of specials for the day and he was quite courteous. It's a lovely restaurant, I would recommend to anyone.
Excellent, fresh food with creative presentation: attentive impeccable service, owner onsite and consistently checks to make sure food and service is to satisfaction; good wine list and cocktails. Noise level low allowing for easy conversation! Seating very comfortable. Highly recommend this restaurant for lunch, dinner or group get together- family style on Sundays!
Front the moment you walk in the door everyone here makes you feel welcome and they exude a positive vibe. The feeling we had was that everyone really cared about our experience.
The wait staff (Donnie) was attentive and prompt but we were not rushed.
The food was delicious. Among our favs is the Chicken meatball Mafalda. My son had the veal parm and it was as though the order was for two although we had the single.
There is a family style option throughout the menu if you choose to share.
Desserts are great as well. Cannot imagine a better Italian neighborhood experience!
