   We had a party of 11. One person was a few minutes late so 9 of us ordered. The last 2 people ordered there food a few minutes after the rest of us, but their dinners didn’t arrive for about 20 minutes after the others were served. This took some priding of the server to make this happen. Supposedly the cook was not happy with 2 orders from a party of 11 coming in a few minutes later than the others. The restaurant was not particularly busy. The server offered to give the couple a free dessert. That was not acceptable to the group after such a long delay in being served. The manager was called over and she did the right thing and comped the two late meals. Everyone’s food was delicious and we were all satisfied with the meal. This was an unusual occurrence here. Please do try the Gurley Street Grill. The food is good and service normally good too.

   Your basic bar and grill. On the night we were there it was quiet (Wednesday). Food was your typical brill/pub food, but it was cooked per order and had great taste. My husband had fish and chips and said they were tasty and very crisp.

   Wonderful experience for a couples’ night out with their 7 month old baby. They raved about the warm and welcoming service- and special attention for their child. I was happy to have hosted them for such a great meal and pleasant evening.

   Service was great. Loved being able to reserve a table on-line. We (party of 5) ordered a variety and everything was very tasty, well presented. Our waitress was outstanding. Gurley St. Grill will be my "go to place" when downtown with guests.

    I had a date on a Saturday night. Planned ahead and made reservations for 7 PM. Walked in at 7 PM and they had closed early. By their own admission they had made no effort to notify me. I was to meet my date there. Now I had to find a new place to eat and alert my date. This was a major inconvenience because it was a Saturday night and we had no reservations anywhere. Irrelevant to this review, we did find a place to eat and had a nice date. No thanks to Gurley St Grill.

    Our waiter was great and really funny but we wouldn’t see him for a long time. Everyone was very friendly. The food was ok but the pretzel appetizer was amazing! The beer and wine we’re really good and so was desert and coffee.

    Made this reservation for my wife's birthday. We arrived before the reservation time and met by a hostess who offered us a dirty booth (when we arrived, there was only one person at the bar area, one party in the back room and 5 or 6 other tables being used; there were more empty tables than where occupied). The hostess even had an attitude when asked if the booth and table couple be wiped down. This was not acceptable for when you have a reservation. Anyway, we were seated and waited on by a very knowledgeable and friendly server. The food was excellent as well as the rest of the service. One, when the reservation was made, I indicated that this was for a birthday, yet evidently no one at the Gurley Street Grill knew it was for a birthday. It will be sometime before we will revisit this restaurant.

    Tried the Gurley St Grill for my birthday and it was a treat. The grill is quiet without the pervasive canned music in the background. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We had the stroganoff and the herb chicken and both were excellent. I saw the chicken pot pie at another table and it looked great for the next visit.

    We have always had good experiences here. On June 5 we had out of town guests to help celebrate our anniversary. The waitress was delightful & engaging & wine was good. My salmon dinner was cold & not a very high quality, either. Two of the other dinners also had cold vegetables. The fried chicken was hot & good. The waitress made a feeble attempt to explain the issues. There was only a few other customers in the restaurant so couldn't understand why it would have been difficult to have 4 hot meals. The waitress did give us 10% off total bill. Rather reluctant to return or give recommendations.

    The food was amazing. I often order salads at restaurants, and they're usually kind of boring. Not this one! It had sweet potato fries and pistachios and I don't remember what else, but the combination was really tasty! Our server was fantastic, too! Will definitely return!

    occasion was for St. Patricks' day looking forward to your corned beef and cabbage. three of the six of us had a luke warm and tough corned beef. sad due to our of town quests along with us and bill was in excess of $150.00. service was very good.

    This is definitely comfort food rest located on one of the main streets of downtown Prescott Dishes arrived on time and appropriately hot, tasting well our server, attentive at first was professional and well caring; unfortunately he was overwhelmed with a large party (access of 13 patrons) towards the end of our meal and totally ignored us, as did rest of the waiting staff Another significant drawback is the wide open seating that allows boisterous and unruly patrons to interrupt otherwise moderately quite meal by laughter abd loud talk. There are no partitions other than semi-booth areas in the restaurant and therefore the sense of some form of privacy is none existent The Open Table app for the restaurant was inoperative and could have potentially caused problems should the establishment been full..........

    Comfort food with lots of it. Hard to eat sensibly in this restaurant in terms of quantity but in general is of good quality. Corn chowder excellent as usual.

    The food was good, but the service was uneven. Our waitress may have had too many tables to serve, so her response to our request was very slow. The restaurant was not very busy as this was mid-week. We had never visited this restaurant and found our server friendly and helpful in taking our order after offering us the evening special. The drinks and food came out quickly and were really good. We are often upset when restaurants have overhead TVs. Perhaps it was where we sat that jaded the TVs disturbing.

    The food was below average, decor minimal, service good. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Very disappointing experience. 1. Chicken Pot-pie had no chicken! Was told that they were known for their delicious pot-pie. 2. Was told that beef was cooked fresh every morning. Absolutely was not fresh. I don't appreciate being lied to.

    Our server, Kelly was awesome! He was very patient with us being a larger party towards the end of his shift, and very observant of our needs, such as filling our waters and such. We were very happy with our seating arrangement, as a party of 11, right by the front windows and in a more quiet space, away from the bar. Thank you Gurley Street Grille!

    Our first visit. A good local spot if you're not too picky. It won't be on our top 5 list for visitors, but as a local we'll go back to check on things. First of all, we were escorted to a back booth across from the restrooms. We could handle that. What we couldn't accept was one of the booth benches possessing a large "hole" in the cushion which allowed one of our party to sit an uncomfortable six inches below the rest of us at the table. We were moved to a front window booth which was very pleasant. We were a party of five ordering four entree salads and one chicken pot pie. The salads were all very good. Good size portions, fresh ingredients, good presentation. HOWEVER, the chicken pot pie was a miserable attempt at your grandma's recipe. The pie shell was so-so, but the contents consisted of mainly a thick broth and three specs of chicken! The recipient complained to the manager who replaced it with a salad and took it off the bill. Two of our party ordered the apple crumb ice cream dessert which was quite ample and well received. Overall, our visit was mediocre.............except for the staff. The wait staff was very friendly, helpful and pleasant, and checked on us in a timely manner. The take away..........Don't accept the booth across from the restrooms, and don't even think about ordering the pot pie! Otherwise you should be OK.
