Unbelievable! Well designed, clean, great layout and location. Good was good, beer is great and staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I will be back.

We were excited about an opportunity to visit an authentic Guinness brewery, so when we visited the Chicago location, we were thrilled. We were immediately welcomed to a warm, inviting restaurant. The overhead lights looked like Guinness foam! Our waiter greeted us cordially and told us about Happy hour specials. We ordered brown bread and two beers for starters which came right away. Of course the beer was superb; the bread was dry but flavorful. Our entrees arrived, and the rashers in my sandwich were so dry and tough I couldn't eat it or cut with a knife. My husband's beef stew was tender but flavorless, and the turnips/parsnips weren't cooked. We were reminded again about Happy hour so we ordered another round. When we got our bill, our drinks were full price. We paid and left; we won't be back.

Service was terrible. Haven’t seen server in 30 minutes. Moved tables 3 times due to noise music level. Food great. Drinks great.

We arrived early on Father's Day (815am) with our 2 kids. We were the only ones in the brewery when we arrived, and we were treated like celebrities :) We received prompt service that was above and beyond expectations. Drinks and food were fantastic & high quality and we had a great time. Thank you thank you!!

We had a nice afternoon just hanging out. Servers were attentive. Not too loud. Cool watching the trains go by. We will do it again.

They don’t have valet even though website says they do - there is a pay lot a block away which would have been nice to know from website. Server was great and beer was good. No other alcohol options and no coffee 😕

Beautiful building and bar area. Excellent service. The food was a complete disappointment! Fish and chips didn’t taste anything like fish and chips in Ireland! Chicken sandwich was bland. Chocolate cake was too sweet and not chocolatey. But the BEER…definitely the star of the show at Guinness! The selection of on tap beer was excellent! If you like traditional Guinness it’s delicious and creamy. If you like microbrew varieties - you’re in luck because they have a long list and they are all good! Go for the beer! Skip the mediocre food! Thanks for the great service!
