Great meal - wonderful service
It was amazing! Food and service was excellent.
This is my third time. Guerra does not disappoint - the boneless rib eye is outstanding. This is a great addition to the Rosslyn cuisine. Never leave!
The food was delicious and the service was excellent!
Excellent food and service- no complaints. If you're looking for a top-notch steakhouse in Arlington, try Guerra!
The food was delicious and service was perfect. The only negative was that staff were not wearing masks; despite this I would recommend!
We won’t be back to dine at Guerra Steakhouse in Arlington, VA. I was willing to overlook the fact that the filet mignon we ordered medium was served medium rare, or the $11 glass of wine was from a bottle that retails for $14. However, when I was told that the table we were seated at was needed in 10 minutes while others around us that arrived well before we did could take their time and continue enjoying their evening…. I knew we would not be back.
First time at Guerra's. Usually go to Fleming's for my ribeye but this ribeye was excellant and done perfectly to my liking. Would have liked a 16oz bone-in ribeye but understand that smaller steakhouses have a limited menu. Sides were also delicious. We had the mac and cheese as well as the brocollini. We had 2 glasses of red wine whcih were both goos and resonably priced. Service was excellant and our waiter courteous and friendly. All in all, enjoyed our dinner and will be back
A truly exceptional experience. Learned it was a family operation. The quality of the meal was on par, if not markedly better, than the famous well known steak houses. The decor was clean, sophisticated and elegant. The wine list was varied and the desserts were truly delicious
Amazing experience! Went for my boyfriend's birthday and we got two filet mignons (his wrapped in bacon) and two sides along with the mashed potatoes that come with the steaks. We thought it would be too much to eat but it was all so good that we finished it all. My boyfriend also got their signature old fashioned and absolutely loved it. Very kind staff, location is quiet with lots of cute string lights around, and overall a great choice for a date night or celebration. Have already recommended this place to friends!
I ordered a filet mignon rare, perfectly cooked!
Very good mash potatoes too.
However the Brussels sprout were a little dry and I did not eat them.
Very good address!
Return visit was great
Food and service superb. What was especially great is that, in booking, I mistakenly reserved for 4, when in fact we were 5. They were able to graciously accommodate on a busy Saturday night.
Great steaks, nice atmosphere and good service. A wonderful date night experience. Looking forward to dining again soon.
Steaks were great as well as appetizers, sides and drinks. We celebrated a birthday here and they took the time to bring out a birthday dessert. Prices are not cheap but they are fair,
The food was outstanding and the service was wonderful! Highly recommend this restaurant.
The best Steakhouse I ever have been to. I absolutely recommend you to go there and enjoy there fabulous food.
What a pleasant surprise… we went for a birthday dinner and we tried three different cuts of steaks, several sides, and all the steak sauces- everything was absolutely delicious. The key lime pie was also fantastic- best crust I have ever had.
The food was phenomenal, our wait staff were knowledgeable and helpful when asked what they suggested and the ambiance was delightful. We sat indoors and they also have outdoor seating.
Fantastic service and delicious food.
Place was great, steak was delicious although I probably will go a shade darker than my usual medium rare order at a steakhouse. The meat was on the rarer side than medium. Mashed potatoes, both soups, dessert, everything was fantastic and server was very friendly. He checked in as necessary and not pushy in any form. Will definitely be back!
We went to try this out for our anniversary and it met all of our expectations. Great steaks , I mean very very great steaks, intimate setting , generous pours and very pleasant, good service. It’s an up and comer and I’m excited that we have a good steakhouse in the neighborhood. Willrevisit again.
This is hands down the best restaurant in Arlington right now. Great steaks, great wedge salad, outstanding mashed potatoes, very good brussels, super old fashioned. One weakness is the cheese cake, which seemed not house-made and was a waste of calories. Just give us a great big sundae! Nice service too.
Steaks were cooked perfectly. Sides were family style so that gave us a lot of variety for dinner.
This is a wonderful addition to Arlington. As a former regular of Ray's the Steaks, this is even better. Superb service and food.
Steaks and ambiance were terrific. Service was also excellent. Great place for dinner.,
What a great surprise. Friends told me about Guerra Steakhouse and I had never heard of it. Food was incredible, wine list was extensive. Dining was pleasant, unhurried and elegant. I can't say enough good things!
We were thrilled with our first visit to Guerra Steakhouse. We will return soon as even our 6 year old daughter loved it so much, she can't wait to return. We had been told that the Guerra chef is the former chef from Ray's. The beef was prepared perfectly (esp. for those of us who ordered medium rare filets and NY Strip); only exception, my sister ordered her 6oz filet med well and it was a bit less pink than desired. The Caesar salad and Bibb salad were both delicious as were all starters and sides: French Onion soup, mashed potatoes, asparagus, creamed spinach, lobster mac and cheese and regular mac and cheese. Sauces were outstanding, especially the mushroom cream sauce and horseradish sauce. Decor was crisp, clean, and classic bringing a fresh, upscale and much-needed addition to the area. We ate outside as it was a perfect evening to be out (6 of us to celebrate a birthday), but when I brought my daughter in to use the WC, we were both pleasantly surprised at how nicely they had refinished every aspect of the interior. No corners were cut and it felt nothing like Ray's (which is a good thing). Nice jazz was playing inside the restaurant and it felt so much more relaxing and enticing than I have come to expect at restaurants in our area. The only drawback was that they were a bit understaffed with, I believe, only two servers to handle all tables. While it was a Monday night and there were still quite a few empty tables inside and outside, the waits were a little bit longer than preferred. Still, the staff were warm and inviting and any delays would not deter us from a return. Guerra will surely be part of our regular line-up. One final parting touch which was sweet was a surprise chocolate mousse dessert with a candle to celebrate my husband's birthday. I hadn't mentioned this upon arriving at the restaurant, but I had listed this as a special occasion when making the reservation online. They didn't forget!
We took our college student out for a nice dinner, steak was one of her favorites. We found this place on Open Table. It was a nice evening and we got a table outside. The food was excellent and staff was friendly. Would definitely visit again.
For a new restaurant we were pleasantly surprised. The Ribeye steak was great. My only complaint is that for some reason they will not let you split the check. We went with another couple who did not f drink and we wanted separate checks. For some reason that os not allowed. If they want to continue at this price point they best allow separate checks
Absolutely amazing, great food and service !
Awesome steak. Tasty side dishes. Reasonable price.
Downtown DC prices for mediocre recently defrosted meat. I wanted to like this place but I can’t.
New kid on the block in the steakhouse scene. Pretty Impressive.
Great food and service. The outdoor seating area was pleasant and had a nice ambiance
Everything was excellent! Hope to come back very soon!
Fantastic new steakhouse in Arlington.
Excellent service and amazing food. Perfection!
Excellent service, food was stellar, great place for a date night or for the whole family
It’s just OK. Reasonable priced, dinning room is small and over crowded, service was decent but slow for a steak house. Meat was slightly over cooked but given the slow service opted not to return it.
