Don’t go here if you are hungry. Waitress only stopped by every thirty minutes or so, did not put in my appetizer until the third trip to the table. The al carbon burrito was supposed to be black angus tips, nothing but fat and gristle. Wouldn’t give there food to your dog.

Guaca Mole was unable to honor the Open Table redemption credit we earned by booking with Open Table. We were disappointed by that, but understood when they explained.

Guaca Mole is our "go-to" date restaurant. The staff and service, led by manager Roy are professional, friendly, and always excellent. The food is consistently fantastic. Both Luis and Carlos make some mean margaritas, and are great to talk to. Highly recommended.

We went for Valentine’s Day. We hadn’t been in a few years but we love the other restaurants in their family. Food was great and service was even better! Roger was our server and he was so personable and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Went there for Valentine's Day 2021. The spacing of diners was generally good, leaving us not feeling nervous. The food was amazing - even the salsas served with the chips as we waited for our meal. Our server was very attentive, and explained that the main course might take a bit longer than usual to arrive because of the high volume of curbside orders being filled, but we weren't in a rush and the ambiance of the place did not give one the feeling that folks were waiting for us to leave so they could sit down. We were seated in what was usually the bar, but since the bar - as a bar - was closed, this did not mean higher volume of people or noise.

Outstanding Higher end Mexican....everything was fresh and served with terrific presentation. We actually went for Valentines Day since it is my wife's favorite resturaunt in town. Well done!

Very understanding, we were about 25 minutes late to our reservations but they still sat us!

Food was awesome

The food is excellent at Guaca Mole and reasonably priced for an upscale Hispanic restaurant. The only downside are the tables and chairs. The tables were solid but the chairs have a hard seat that is not comfortable especially when there are only two servers in the facility. However, under the circumstances the two waiters did as excellent job as possible. We will definitely return as all the food was perfect!

Not quite sure all the hype. My wife reports the cranberry margaritas she had were yummy but pricey. The guacamole was great but the poblano I had was very average--more bone than meat. Doubtful we'll be back.
