Brought to you by Boka Restaurant Group, GT Fish & Oyster is an oyster bar and seafood-centric eatery named after chef/partner Giuseppe Tentori. The sharable menu contains both traditional items as well as many seasonal, original dishes created by Chef and his team. GT was named one of Travel and Leisure's Top 20 best seafood restaurants in America in 2013, and Chef Tentori was named Chef of the Year at both the Jean Banchet Awards and in Chicago Social Magazine in 2012. GT is open for lunch, brunch, and dinner, and in addition to its 90 dining seats, the restaurant contains a 20 seat bar where you can sit right across from all the shucking.

GT Fish and Oyster was a pleasure, as always, from the deviled eggs to the fried oyster croutons, the tuna poke to the raw oysters. The wine list good certainly stand to be rangier, and my group didn't find the desert thrilling, but it was a thrill overall.

The Oysters were pretty skimpy, especially for an "oyster bar," the tuna tar tar was great, the Hamachi crudo was overpowered by the pepper, the mussles are incredible; the tuna tar tar and mussles are the only two items I would get again!

We decided to give GT Fish & Oyster a try, rather than our usual Steak House. We were both pleasantly surprised at how fantastic this place is. The cocktails were amazing and I literally had one of the best tasting Manhattans I've ever had. The service was excellent and our server took extra time to explain them menu to us and help me find the gluten free options.

We had a deviled egg appetizer, which she had explained isn't like what we are used to. It ended up be 1000% better than any I've ever had. Every single dish from Fish Tacos to Monk Fish over Saffron rice we perfection.

We have permanently added this to our list of must go restaurants.

We were here for NYE. Service and food were great. It’s always nice to find a place with their regular menu on NYE. The whole fish that night was a grilled bronzino and it was sooooo delicious.
