PARK CITY'S WESTERN STEAKHOUSE SINCE 1976!
With the rustic Fireplace and the Western memorabilia, the Grub Steak Restaurant is the stuff of Legends! From custom aged Beef to Salmon and Halibut flown in from the Northwest, a slab of slow cooked Prime Rib as big as the plate, Hunters Mixed Grill, or Chops of Rocky Mountain Lamb, the food is legendary as well. The Salad Bar, which stretches the length of the display Grill, is included in all Dinner Entrees, as is Creamed Spinach, baked Potato, Lemon Rice, French Fries or mashed Potatoes. Our younger customers appreciate the selections on the Children’s or Young Adult menus while everyone loves our house made Desserts and Breads. The Grub Steak Restaurant gluten free menu is certified by the Gluten Free Institue.
We feature a full selection of Beer, Liquor and carefully chosen Wines.

The Grub Steak Restaurant has a seating capacity of up to 250 guests. Our Dining room can be divided into several banquet rooms of various seating capacities, ranging from parties of 20 to 140 guests. We gladly take reservations for groups of any size in our Main dining room.
We are pleased to offer menu selections of various price ranges, in addition to our banquet function menus. We would be happy to discuss menu options to fit your specific budgetary or dietary requirements.

We offer catering services to the Prospector Square Lodge, located across the street from the Grub Steak Restaurant, as well as limited catering to other off-site locations.

Great restaurant for our family dinner. The steak selection was amazing. The salad bar is enormous! We had the New York strip , and it was cooked perfectly. Save room for dessert! We shared the mud pie and chocolate cake. So delicious! Our waiter was very good, as well. We definitely recommend Grub Steak!

Goran was excellent with guiding the perfect meal you are in the mood for! Always smiling even when it is packed and most of all he made sure our experience was amazing. The choice of dinner was astonishing! We had the 36 oz tomahawk and bison, you couldn’t put your fork and knife down. Excited to come back again!

By far the best steak I have ever had. This place is awesome. Amazing staff. Everyone in our party loved their food. Portions were perfect. The noise was moderate because they had a live singer. Wonderful experience. Came from ogden to dine there and glad we did. Worth the drive.

Our waiter CJ was very attentive, service was great - food was great - the salad bar is awesome. Great variety. Cant wait to go back. All in all - very good experience.

The reviews I looked at were false advertisement this place was known as the best steak house in utah... it was disgusting! Would never recommend this place!

We went there with our kids on Valentine’s Day and had a great meal! There is a kids menu and the salad bar was super fresh.

For some reason there was only 1 bartender working and getting drinks was painfully slow. The waitress didn’t know anything about the wine list despite and very highly priced selection of wines. When a majority of the wine range from $85-$300 they’d better know the list. Overall the food was good the prices were what you’d expect at a high end steakhouse but the service was subpar.

This place advertises as family friendly,which they are. The food though, left a lot to be desired. All in our party thought the meat was mediocre. I brought my family here due to the great reviews but we were very disappointed

Great steaks and salad bar. When they say loaded baked potato we're talking like two strips of bacon :-) Unpretentious, a little pricey but not in relative terms.

Every year for the 22 years we have visited Park City we always dine at the Grub Steak
and every year we say its the best steaks we have had since the last time we were at the Grub Steak

Morton's can't hold a candle to the place and neither can Ruth's Chris

If you dine 5 - 6 PM always ask for the special of the day - after 6 PM they are usually sold out
the filet can be cut with a fork - which I always make a joke of each year and comment that I can't at other steak houses

They have an old-time salad bar with Beer Bread that is outstanding - don't fill up on the salad - their portions are humongous and you have to pace yourself.

Highly recommend the place

Great service and great salad bar options. Only complaint is while my salmon filet was cooked to perfection it had no seasoning. Bison tenderloin was excellent.
