Food was good. Had flat bread, prime rib and salad. Great atmosphere. Service was slow and that’s being generous. After dropping off check waited 23 minutes for her to come back and get it and another 10 for her to come back again with it. It took longer for us to get out of there then we did eating. Also would’ve ordered another round of drinks if she had stopped by at least once during our dinner and decided against dessert because we didn’t know how long she would take to come back. I’d go back if I had a different server

Up your flavor game. You had all the ingredients for some great food, but it lacked flavor. And the atmosphere would have been great but for allowing smokers to pollute patio diners by staging a butt station just outside the front door. Will not be recommending this place to others.

My husband tried to order a cheese and tomato omelet and was told that the chef couldn't do it and they didn't make omelets to order. Seems if they have numerous types, they could make a cheese and tomato. Two of us had the steak omelet - it was supposed to be "shaved" steak - but was more cubed and very well done. Again, the server said all the meat was made one way and couldn't be medium rare. Seems like small accommodations could make a big difference.

The service was outstanding and the food was so delicious! Our friends had been twice before but for brunch, and they had enjoyed it. We all enjoyed the dinner and had a wonderful time. For appetizers, we had the fried green tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette chips and the ahi tuna. For my meal, I had the Brie and pear flatbread. All so yummy!

Kell, our server, was great! My snapper and my wife's prime rib were excellent. The martinis were perfect but overpriced; but I wasn't charged for my diet coke, so that balances it out. See you again!

Server, Kell was excellent. Was there when needed and gone when not needed. Bartender didn't comply with my request. Second time was a bit better but 1/3 the glass was full. Next drink was much better. Kell changed who he spoke to at the bar. If a person asks you to eliminate something like bitters, there is a reason. The customer doesn't want to hear otherwise. Had this not happened, all sections would have been rated higher.

Seated outside and then forgotten for 15 minutes (poor hostess training). Finally we were asked by a waiter (Kenua? sp?)(good training) if we had been helped. He took care of us and all was well. Had a nice dinner.

Oliver our waiter was very sweet, kind and accommodating. Food was good. The only complaint I have is the hostess insisted on putting us in a booth that was in a dark corner. We wanted a table more light as we were celebrating my birthday and anniversary with friends from out of town, who had never been to grow restaurant. I know that college kids do need to have some jobs. However, you need somebody more mature up at the front desk that can relate to every age group that comes into the restaurant.

Grove has a great location and layout. Menu is very diversified with good variety from small plated to large entrees. Taylor is an excellent server. Nice drink menu as well with reasonable prices. We lover your Pier 22 as well!

We were a large group of 12 and all of us were very happy with The Grove. Ariana, our server was wonderful, efficient and patient with us. The table was situated in a corner, so we were not disturbing other diners. The food was great and value was great.

First time visiting since the menu looked very good. We really enjoyed our meal, it the service made our night. Thank you to Chloe for being fun while being attentive. Grouper Picatta was fresh. Highly recommend it. The crab artichoke pasta was great. And I was able to get zucchini noodles so it wasn’t heavy.

Restaurant was slammed with patrons de to well-attended comedy show scheduled in the ballroom at 8:00pm. Food, which was quite tasty, arrived late (despite the fact that entire wait staff was moving at a good pace); so we had to pretty much gobble it down to get to the comedy show in time. Mgmt did the right thing, and comped us on our drink order. The comedy show was a mixed bag. The first comediene, G.C. Post, was a bore; and the last one, Bob Zany, was tiresome, with stale, outdated one-liners, and a failed effort at Don Rickles-type insulting barbs directed at various audience members. BUT, . . . the second comedian, Joe Sib, was fantastic, with true originality, a fast pace, and routine that was genuinely hilarious!

First time eating at Grove and it was very enjoyable. I would definitely go again. They have so many tables I find it hard to believe they ever reach capacity. If they do it would be quite the sight. The bruschetta was delicious as were our mains: Fresh catch Mahi and Braised Short Rib. The price point and the wine list do not match however. There should be a better selection of wines to choose from. It’s kind of strange to see only a handful of wine options available, none of them exceptional, and then to see Louis XIII and Macallan 25 available. The Grove seems to have an identity crisis. They want to do and be everything at once, they even have sushi?!? Very strange. Inventory must be a nightmare. Overall: Food and service were great. Would not hesitate to return. Menu needs to be trimmed down and wine list needs to be improved.

Our waitress was over the top fabulous. She knew The menu and had tried many items. She was very upbeat, positive and pleasant. She made many great suggestions. The food was good.
