This was literally one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. The drinks were incredible, they said they only have small batch liquor and it showed in the quality of the cocktails. We both loved the Calabria margarita. The polenta fries, grilled calamari & ahi tuna were perfect. And the pans cotta was the best I’ve had since Florence!!

Love Grotta, we have been coming here for years. Perfect for date night and we always bring our out of town friends and family here. Food and ambience is wonderful, wine selection great, and staff very friendly. Be sure to make a reservation in advance!

Great service. We were late for the reservation and they were still wonderful to us. The waitress was so kind and friendly in a genuine way.

We did ask for a specific table that they weren't able to accommodate because somebody else had a reservation, but no one sat there all night. The table we got was just a bit awkward in the middle of the restaurant.

The food was perfect. Everything we ordered as great. This is ranked our new favorite restaurant in Long Beach.

I went to Grotta di Fuoco at the suggestion of friends and family and my socks were knocked completely off! Every single aspect of my experience from service to ambiance to food was spectacular. Can’t wait to go back!!

Service and food started out great. Shift change in the middle of our meal left us with a server who was less than pleasant and pushing us out the door.

You don’t have to head to NYC for Incredible food! It’s right here in Long Beach. I traveled from the north shore of Long Island to find this gem which has delicious craft cocktails and pasta dishes that rank in my top 5 all time! Can’t wait to dine again

The hostess was unable to accommodate one addition person on my reservation even though all we requested was a chair and not an addition table. It wouldn’t have violated any 6 feet distancing whatsoever and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. They weren’t accommodating or apologetic whatsoever. I will go again to try the pizza but this experience wasn’t great.

Great food, great service, and some of the most authentic brick oven pizza anywhere! Not to mention unbelievable specials that are constantly changing.

My pasta was horrible. It was the spicy pork ragu. I love pasta and I love spicy sauce. However this sauce tasted like they just poured a whole container or red pepper in it and called it spicy. It was inedible, was only able to eat a few bites. Gross.

Sat PM noise level made it very difficult for 4 people to converse at the table.

The food never disappoints! A disappointing experience in service as it was a birthday and nothing special as far as singing or fanfare for the birthday woman. As a matter of fact the server wasn’t paying attention when one of the guests at my table left to use the ladies room and the bus boy brought out our dessert with a lit candle .... no waitress to make it special as they should’ve waited for all guests to be seated before delivering the dessert. We ended up waiting for our guest to return and sang happy birthday; with a melted candle.
The table next to us realized the disconcerting effort of the wait staff and sang and clapped along with us, which was so nice of them!
Shortly after the table next to us, also celebrating a birthday received the celebratory song and delivery from the waitress.
The restaurant was empty just the two tables occupied ... so it wasn’t busy ... extremely disappointed.

We love this place. The food is fabulous. The atmosphere is cosy and service always top notch!

Irene was a lovely server, took our drink orders promptly and described the specials clearly.
I ordered a dirty martini with the craft vodka. I was pleasantly surprised that I liked it better than my usual kettle one vodka.
The grilled calamari was delicious as was the amara salad.
The monk fish with shrimp was well seasoned and cooked perfectly.
The ravioli special was enjoyed, with not a morsel left
The desert was a pudding with berries that all enjoyed

All in all a great evening at Grotto di Fucco

The reservation was honored and that was great! Very Noisy! Food ok. Food may have tasted better if service was better. Our server was pleasant and knowledgeable but I hate having to chase a server down all the time during the meal! It appeared as if she had too many tables to attend to! Again, she was a nice person but distracted with other things to do!
