Florentino is a beautifully designed area dominated by large murals of sixteenth century renaissance life in Florence painted by Rinaldo Massoni. The area is attractively decorated and accented with Italian statues and figurines. The white tablecloths make Grossi Florentino Upstairs the perfect place for an intimate dinner or lunch. A Veloce menu consisting of two courses is available for lunch only to allow for the leisurely dining experience that's delivered in a quick and timely fashion. There is also the Gran Tour Menu consisting of five courses with optional of wine pairing.

The wine list at Grossi Florentino Upstairs is always changing, ensuring that the best regional representation is being attained. The award-winning menu offers explanatory notes to each wine which can be helpful for educational purposes as well as food matching.

Grossi Florentino surpassed all of our expectations. I have food intolerances to seafood and mushrooms, two of the staples of the menu. We did the Grand Tour Menu and our server was exceptional in adjusting the menu items to suit my requirements. The whole evening was a taste sensation, everything was presented with flair and pride. The venue was beautiful, I particularly loved the Art Deco interior, art works and that beautiful old window framing the trees outside. We will be back Thank you

Fantastic experience. Beautiful setting in the Mural room with top end service. Extensive wine selection with one of the best Sommeliers I have had the pleasure of dining with. And the food.... Delicious and left me craving for more! Would definitely recommend Florentino to any friends visiting Melbourne!

Probably the most memorable dining experience of my life. Every dish was incredible. The service is of the kind you rarely see these days and the wine list is absolutely perfect. We ordered a 1990 chateau lafite Rothschild which was the perfect accompaniment to the venue and food. Thank you Grossi Florentino for a truly memorable evening.

My second time dining here. A truly magical experience. My partners birthday, and it was made to feel very special. Perfect service, drinks and food from start to finish.

This is a 'must do' experience as the restaurant meets all expectations and it is wonderful to experience an icon of the Melbourne culinary scene. The quality of service, food and detail is outstanding.

Was a disappointing experience in terms of the quality of the food - I wanted to be wowed but just wasn’t. Over priced for the meals we had and the quality and taste was def off the mark for such an iconic institution.
