Our Executive Chef Efren Rendon has over 30 years in the restaurant industry, including two years here at Grille 54. He previously worked with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Chain. Allow Efren to prepare you one of our hand cut steaks (Filet, NY Strip, Ribeye) or his signature Eggplant Tier Appetizer.

We reserved our seats on Father’s Day on your online service. They only had 2 slots left and we had to take the 2:00pm reservation. We arrived 5 minutes early to our reservation and the restaurant was closed. They had a sign on the door-closed due to electrical issues. We had to go to another nearby restaurant and wait!! There was also several other people at this other restaurant that also had reservations for Grille 54.

Absolutely unprofessional!!! Will never return. Had advertisement outside there doors for Father’s Day to make reservations and I show up to take my dad and they have a sign on the door saying “Due to electrical issues we will be closed today” instead of calling or even emailing their guest or this issue they just choose to have everyone show up to find out it’s closed. I live an hour away and waisted my time and gas. I’m sorry but if it was my restaurant and there was an electrical issue I would make sure they are working overnight to have it fixed. They missed out on a lot of money on FATHERS DAY!

When we got to restaurant it was closed even though they were still taking reservations . This happened on Fathers Day when so many people made reservations only to show up to find out Restaurant was closed

Unfortunately our Father’s Day brunch that we showed up for did not even happen due to the fact that grille 54 was closed due to electrical issues. The sad and unacceptable part was that we where not even notified of this until we arrived for brunch. Not sure if open table knew about this or not, but notification would have been nice being it was Father’s Day and getting to eat somewhere for 6 people wasn’t easy.

I made a reservation back in May for Father's day for my husband. We show up and the restaurant is closed due to "electrical" issues which come to find out they been closed for like two weeks. They asked me the day before to CONFIRM our reservation which I did. Very dissapointed in this , would have been nice to have received some type of notice..

I had reservations for Father’s Day. When we showed up for our reservation, there was a piece of paper on the door stating they were closed due to electrical issues. I understand that these things happen but a call or an email to those with reservations would have been sufficient. Instead, we had no time to make reservations elsewhere and we wasted time driving to the restaurant for nothing.

The unprofessionalism of this owner caused us to be without reservation. Closed up shop for father’s day and didn’t inform anyone. Had reservations for a month. Ridiculous!!

We booked a reservation a week in advance for Father’s Day, but unfortunately we did not get a chance to eat there. The place was closed (apparently closed earlier that week), a note on the door “explaining” the situation, and their phone number was out of order. I even received a confirmation text from open table confirming my reservation the day before, yet the restaurant was already closed at that time but we didn’t find out until we drove all the way there and was unpleasantly surprised.

Made reservations a week prior and received an email the day before to confirm...I confirmed a table for four for father's day. Arrived on time and instead found the location closed with a note on the door about electrical issues. There was no one there....no phone call made as a courtesy and no point in our reservation and we had a ways to drive that day. While our previous experience was wonderful, I can not rate this one the same. Not only did my so-called brunch surprise result in a disappointed father on father's day, but being given no warning, I had no time to arrange an alternative.

They were closed on father’s day...didn’t bother to cancel my reservation. We showed up to find a sign on a door. It ruined my husbands day.

Everything was very good. The raw bar and drinks were fantastic. I would like to see more vegetables on the buffet, as I only recall really seeing beef and broccoli. Other than that, it was a great experience and our server was at the top of his game. Even the gentlemen who was manning the omelet station and the prime rib carving station did a great job. When I went to get some prime rib, all that was left was some fatty ends. He said another would be out in about five minutes. When it did come out, he searched me out and brought two nice slices right to the table for me. Would definitely return in the future.

Dinner was delicious...as always. Portions are large and make for tasty “leftovers” at home. My 15 year old grandson ordered sushi and was very pleased with his selections. Bobby was waiter...as we requested. Have never been disappointed

We visited on Mother’s Day... booked on Open Table, but wasn’t aware it was brunch only. Not a big deal, but our reservation was at 4:15 and brunch ended at 5. We love a good brunch, but due to the timing, it was almost like having leftovers. Unfortunately the choices were slim and the quality of the food was not the best. We love this restaurant and their quality has always been consistently great, but feel as though they just missed the mark on brunch. With all that said, our server was friendly, attentive, and we’ll still go back - just not for brunch. :-)

Mothers Day Buffet was priced at $49.95 a head. Its a buffet and they auto added a 20% tip for drinks not being refilled and plates not being cleared.

Nice place, nice ambience. Food was average.

If Mother's Day brunch was any indication of what the normal restaurant experience is there, I will not be returning. I was extremely disappointed and sad to have witnessed a less-than "poor" experience there for the Mother's Day Brunch. We had a reservation for a party of 4 @2pm. When we arrived, we were seated immediately- no complaints there! After we were seated, we waited patiently for almost 15 minutes in hopes that a server or someone would stop by and offer us something to drink... when that didn't happen, my husband walked up to the hostess stand to let them know we had not been greeted at our table- she walked towards the bar and didn't return right away so my husband walked up to the bar where there were plenty of people being served alcohol, and asked for 3 glasses of water and an iced tea for our table. Reluctantly, the person behind the bar filled the order and my husband carried 4 beverages back to our table. Meanwhile, my daughter, mother-in-law and myself went up to the buffet- there were very few items that looked appetizing but the worst part were the fruit flies that were hovering over and landing on the food in just about every open dish on the buffet and omelet station. I would've liked to order from a menu but that was not an option. Needless to say, My MIL and myself, ate very little, my husband ate only eggs and my daughter didn't eat anything. Throughout the entire time we were there, we were not once visited by a server for drink refills, meanwhile the table in front of us had a server visiting them every 10 minutes. The air quality was poor- very hot and uncomfortable and the floors were sticky and even greasy in some areas. On our way out, my husband stopped to speak with someone in charge- he let the manager know of the very poor service and quality of food. We were pleased that she discounted our meal but what we really wanted was the reassurance that Grill 54 was still the upscale establishment we have loved in the past.

We've gone to several brunches there before, including Mothers Day brunches. This year was very lackluster as compared to others. We made reservations for a party of 3 at 10:30 am. The hostess attempted to sit us at a 2 top in the very back, after expressing my disappointment we were taken back to the hostess stand where I asked if we could have the empty booth that was open. The hostess then said 'we save those for bigger parties' ok so how does it make sense to sit us at a table for 2 people?
In the past they have given moms a special little gift and or flower, this year, nothing.
Our server was very nice though and the food was absolutely delicious as usual.
This was our last mothers day brunch there though.

Floors were slippery as ice and felt like there was a layer of grease on them. Bathroom was filthy. Had a reservation for 5 for Mother’s Day brunch and were squeezed into a table for 4 with a chair out in the aisle next to the buffet line. Food was very good but not worth the price. Service was excellent.

We were there on Saturday for a Mother's Day brunch with my family. It did not start well as I waited at the front desk for almost 10 minuted before I was even greeted. We had a large party reservation for 12 ppl and they said they were finishing stetting it up when someone finally greeted me. When they took us back to the table, it was in the private room in the back and the table was put together for 17 ppl along the right hand side. There were 4 tables pushed together and they ran so far down that the other party could get out of their table so we ended moving one of our tables to the corner so we could all move around. We waiting about 10 minutes before a server greeted us and took drink orders. The food was good but there was nobody over at the pasta station pretty much the entire time so we had to wait until someone else called a cook over to make a bowl of pasta for my daughter. The service was basically non-existent. Our party was already finishing their second round of food on the brunch buffet before we even received our waters and we were still not given water for everyone so we had to ask for additional waters and wait longer for those. Refills took forever and if we needed silverware or ketchup, we had to go to the front desk and ask for it as the server was not around much. My husband and I have both been in the service industry our whole lives and tend to be pretty forgiving of these things but when we are paying over $400 for our food we expect at least some level of service. As I mentioned, this was where we decided to go for Mother's Day so it was very disappointing to say the least. I understand that when you have a large table it can get hectic, and apparently there was only 1 server for private party room, however when we are serving our own food it doesn't seem too much to ask for to be able to get drinks in a reasonable amount of time. We will not be back unfortunately nor would I recommend this restaurant based on our experience.

Had a reservation at 8:00pm we were sat on time. A lot of open tables so not real busy. Sat there for 20 minutes. NO ONE came over to get a drink order or even acknowledge us. We walked out and the hostess never looked up from her phone just told us "thanks for coming in." She didnt even realize that she just sat us. Wont waste my time going back.

We had a very nice server. She did a great job. My daughter loved her sushi. My wife had lobster risotto which was stuck together like a brick and broccolini that was burnt. My cobb salad was 95% greens with little of the things you want in a cobb salad.

I guess we jut felt for 3 people spending $100 on dinner and drinks, there were a lot of other places we could have gone for the same or less money and had a better meal

Good food, good drinks and great service. A bit pricey, but if you take advantage of the bottomless drinks (bring a DD) its totally worth it. Not crowded at all surprisingly.

The table we were sat at did not have any placemats - I noticed because all the other tables did. We hardly saw the waitress. Our water was empty - i had to get up and go get my own water. The sushi was not good.
We only got two place settings for 4 people and had to get more on our own

We showed up at our reservation time, but we were meeting someone there and they said that they had been waiting. Turns out they were at a different place, Catch 23. When I told the hostess we had a 6pm reservation, they didn't have my name, said there was a glitch with Open Table.
The place was empty and dark. They mentioned new ownership as well.
We decided to meet our friend at Catch 23 instead and left.
