   We never even made it inside the restaurant! Had a reservation for 6:45 on Friday, July 8th. When we arrived we were told the restaurant had been reserved for a private party the we would be seated outside. It was 98 degrees! The person at the door said "oh I put a note in OpenTable that stated only outside seating". UNTRUE! There was nothing on OpenTable saying outside was the only seating option. Terrible management! They never apologized or offered any sort of explanation, seemed to be much too busy with the private party. Will not eat there and will tell others about very negative experience.

   So thankful there is a true Italian food restaurant in Amarillo! The pasta is handmade and vegetables are fresh from the market. The food is amazing- true to Italy! Italian drinks were equally amazing! Ciao!

   Portions are small, food took 2 hours, lighting is super dark once the sun sets. I'm most disappointed because this place could be amazing, it's location is off the beaten path so it's not super busy but overall it ends up being meh. If it's open in 2 years I might check it out again.

   Friendly staff, knowledgeable about the menu items. Chef Peppa came out to visit the table. Will definitely go back.
