• Scott Street Gin

  Our gin is a light, crisp and fresh twist on the traditional English gin. Distilled in the London Style, our gin is mixed with the perfect balance of botanicals inside our pot still and distilled in a single run. This process takes intensive preparation and attention to detail. We believe that this is the only way to create the beautiful, soft complexity that is our trademark. We have sourced only the finest botanicals for our initial offering, Scott Street Gin. We believe that the best gin we can make comes from the simple and raw expression of these superior botanicals. Our juniper is delicious and grown in the wild. Meyer lemons are balanced with the warmth of grains of paradise and the complexity of coriander. Russian River Valley water shapes our gin into a supple and bright pour.

• Stout Barreled Whiskey

  Inspired by our brewery friends, this whiskey blurs the lines. Organic corn offers the classic bourbon nutty sweetness while roasted malts craft the beloved coffee, chocolate stout profile. This decadent whiskey is aged in new American Oak barrels then finished in used stout beer barrels from our friends at Lagunitas Brewery. "A rich—almost decadent—pour. Our Stout Barreled Whiskey offers notes of fresh fig, caramel, coffee bean and chocolate. • Stony Point Whiskey

  Great spirits come from great ingredients. We mill organic corn and rye directly into our kettle and keep the grains in through distillation. This crafts a soft and nutty, corn palate with a spicy rye finish. We then age the whiskey in local barrels with both American and French oak to tune the curve and balance the spirit. • Barreled Gin

  The perfect union of bright citrus and buttery oak. Our Award-winning Scott Street Gin rests in finished Chardonnay barrels for 6 months to create an aged gin with a velvety, crisp mouthfeel and notes of honeydew melon, lemongrass, earthy apple, wood, herbs and spice. This spirit is at its best sipped neat or in a simple, spirit-forward cocktail (think Old Fashioned!) Our Barreled Gin is available at our Tasting Bar, select retail locations in Northern CA, and at wholesale through Southern Wine & Spirits

• Single Malt

  Nose: Black Tea, cattle, prune, moss, tobacco, honey, Almonds, hops, hibiscus. Fore Palette: Bergamot, black tea, citrus oil. Mid Palette: Hops, prune, dried hay. Finish: Chewy, dried leaves, pine nuts, tobacco Just launched!

• White Whiskey

  The best whiskey you've never heard of. This straight-from-the-still spirit is clean and smooth. Made from a Bourbon mash bill with organic yellow corn and organic rye, this whiskey is sweet and nutty with a spicy rye finish. Excellent in cocktails or sipped on the rocks. This unique whiskey is being sold only out of our Tasting Bar in Petaluma, CA.

• Vodka

  Incredibly smooth with a nose of sweet grasses, soft corn on the palate, and a round, viscous mouth feel. Just how your babooshka likes it. Griffo's vodka is 6 times distilled and made with 100% organic, non-gmo corn

Coffee Liqueur

• Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur

  A damn good coffee liqueur starts with a damn good roast. That's why we partnered with Equator Coffees & Teas to pair their premium Mocha Java Blend with our five-times distilled vodka. The result is a rich and smooth spirit with chocolate and berry on the palate, and a long-lasting caramel finish. Damn, that's good.
