The food was good and the price was pretty decent. The crunchy Brussels spouts were very good and I would have listed as amazing if they had some bacon in there. The service was okay. Good restaurant, and I would come here again.

Had a bad experience at Griffin’s when visiting for the first time. Was super excited to celebrate our 9 year anniversary dinner there before catching an improv show next door. But unfortunately weren’t able to enjoy dinner there as our server brought us our drinks and then completely ignored us afterwards. We sat there with empty drinks for 20-25 minutes and no one came to help us or take our order. So we paid for the 1 drink we had and left to eat at Bruno’s. They’re new so maybe they are still working out the kinks. Hopefully you have a better experience than we had.

Service was fantastic, attentive! We were a little disappointed that Oxtails were not on menu, but we enjoyed the appetizers, Dino Ribs, katsu-pork, beef ragu, and the whole fish! Great food, atmosphere, and service. I highly recommend Griffin’s

Looking for a place to eat in Brea and this place was recommended on Instagram. It’s a beaten place with great food! Drinks are delicious. My only complaint is that they charge a 20% automatic gratuity on parties of 6 or more but otherwise a great place to eat.

Our reservations were at 8:15, we arrived early. Two gross arrived after is and we’re seated before us. At 8:35 they said our table was ready which was right beside the kitchen. I didn’t want to sit there so we waited another 10 min for a table. We were seated with no menus and no water. A couple that came in after us was seated across the tire from us and received both menus and water before we did. We ordered before then, two entrees, 1 mixed feeding and a bottle of pelagrino. Or server didn’t ask how I would like my steak cooked. The couple across the way ordered after us. They revived their food while we were still waiting. 45 minutes later we still had not received our food. We asked the server and she said she would check and came back with our food. My vegetables were cold and the steak was very over cooked. Her response was only she was sorry. Unfortunately we will not be going back

This restaurant got great reviews so we decided to check it out, we were definitely not disappointed. Food was amazing, service was great, will definitely go back again and again.

I had a great experience at Griffin’s! The food and drinks were absolutely top-notch definitely a 10/10. I especially loved the meatballs and esquites both were flavorful and well-prepared, showing real care in the kitchen. The atmosphere was welcoming, I’d definitely recommend griffin’s.

This restaurant has potential but is trying to do too much at once. We were there on Thursday when they have live music and half off bottles of wine. The music was very, very loud and did not match the upscale ambience the restaurant seemed to be going for. We were moved to a different section of the restaurant that was somewhat quieter but then a kitchen snafu resulted in that area being filled with smoke. To top it off, our food came out incorrectly. We sent it back and left.
