The look and vibe of Greystone was great. Unfortunately, the service was very slow. When we finally were approached by our waitress, she says “what can I get you?”. No greeting or introduction. I had to say “how are you” and “what is your name”. Took at least 8 minutes to get our drink. We had two other staff folks ask us if we’ve been helped while waiting for our drinks. The presentation and quality of the food was good.

Anniversary dinner. 6:15 reservation, never saw a waiter until 6:45. They appeared to be understaffed due to a rehearsal dinner. Food was fair for the high price, but again was slow to come out. Staff knew the service was sub-par and we did get a 30% discount. Poor experience though.

My husband had a bite of my dinner. We both had severe stomach pain within 30 minutes of eating. He felt better next day but I had 24° of nausea and feeling ill.
