Wonderful service, wait staff, and food! The outdoor area is huge and beautifully landscaped and lighted.
Always an enjoyable time. Beautiful outside and lovely indoor. Varied menu with eclectic flair. Our go to place
I am a frequent diner at Grey Stone ( often enough to be recognized) for the food and the ambience of the outdoor patio. On a Saturday night, valet parking was complimentary, efficient and friendly. Our dinners, as usual, were beautifully plated, generous portions and excellent quality. Service is usually also excellent. However, I did not rate our experience a 5 star because of our server, Rick. His service was perfunctory, at times dismissive, and we did not feel valued as diners. I will be back, but will decline to be served again by Rick.
Lovely place but our entrees weren't very good. Two of us ordered short rib which was bland and dry. The tofu dish was marred by overcooked tofu. A burger and cheesesteak was apparently fine. In terms of service, we just barely finished our appetizers when the main course was brought out making us feel rushed. Not our first time there but they're inconsistent
We enjoyed our outdoor dining experience at GreyStone.
Nice place, good food but noisy so you really can't talk to your dining companions.
3 days prior called and requested inside dining. The day of our reservation we were called and asked if we could eat outside. Group average ago 83 plus. We were place inside upstairs VERY hard to walk for seniors. Never informed of the HUGE amount people AND the upstairs we could not hear each other have not seen one another in one year plus!!! We could have reschld. IF someone would have let us know of the crowded situation. At least the food was hot and good.
The food was mediocre at best. We ordered the Lamb Burger and the Shrimp Tacos. Everything lacked flavor. We waited over an hour for food. Probably the biggest let down was the fries, which clearly sat in a window then instead of cooking a fresh batch they dropped them back in the fryer so while they were warm they were awful. The server was very kind but also he had way too many tables. We dined inside in the bar area where they decided it was a great time to deep clean the bar so we got to enjoy clanking and employees shouting at one another. All really enjoyable we finished eating kind of as most of the food just wasn't good and proceeded to wait at this moment 11 minutes and counting to even ask for the check. I have watched six different people walk by and none of them cleared our plates or asked us if we were finished. Overpriced and underwhelming I will not be back.
Loved the mushroom burger and tofu!
A friend and I ate outside on a beautiful day yesterday. Love the patios and although it was quite full the service was great. I know all restaurants are short handed but there was no delay in ordering or getting the food.
This was our second time and again we had terrific food. We ate outside in the beautiful setting. What is nice about the outdoor dining is the area was set up for this well before Covid hit so it has a garden atmosphere. This place is great.
Great service and delicious food
Will definitely come back
Great food, great service- enjoyed our evening very much!
It was our anniversary so we wanted a nice dinner out for the first time in a year. Grey Stone didn’t disappoint, however, we were sat in the bar area, and it was very uncomfortable seating and lots of crashing of bottles from the bar. Food and service were great - HIGHLY recommend but be sure to ask NOT to be seated in the bar area unless you’re just out for some drinks and a nosh with friends.
Awesome place. Good food. Definitely one of my favorite.
Awsome dinner. Wonderful service, beautiful place
Our server, Rich, was excellent!
The country setting and the outside dining venue are both inviting and pleasant.
The welcome is friendly and the staff attentive. The food was delicious.
I look forward to returning.
The food was excellent. Husband got a burger with the truffle fries and I got the Greystone salad with crispy tofu. So good. We love eating outside there. Their patios are so nice.
Great night on the patio. Excellent Greystone salad, short rib sandwich and vodka drinks.
It was our first time at Grey Stone it was absolutely fabulous. From the food to the drinks to the service.
Plan on returning
Great service, great food and a wonderful ambience. What's not to like?
No special occasion, just a nice Saturday lunch . Love this place. ALWAYS good food, service and ambiance. This time we ate in the bar and it was great, as usual
Love Greystone! Food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful!
A little pricey esp the drinks but overall a great experience
Fantastic night. Greystone was busy but the night went great. Service was excellent (our server was Max) but all the servers are great at Greystone. Food was delicious as usual.
Can't wait to go back!
Absolutely spectacular! The food, the gorgeous building and grounds, and the impeccable service. I can’t speak more highly about Grey Stone. Thank you to our server, Max, the most incredible management as well as the team for making our special occasion truly memorable and wonderful.
Gray Stone has become a great destination for an excellent dining experience!
The outside patio is so pleasant! Our server was very nice. However, the food was disappointing. Three of us ordered the short rib dinner. The short ribs were dry, the polenta was dry and the carrots were hard as rocks. I'd think twice before going back for dinner. Maybe just drinks and appys.
Loved it and will definitely return. Outside patio dinning is amongst the best around.
One of my favorite restaurants. Outside patio is beautiful. Food excellent. Well trained servers.
We normally come 6-8 times per year (was less during 2020 🙁) and am never disappointed. This time went to dinner after our daughter’s college graduation and they went out of their way to enhance this very special occasion. Superior service, great food as always, and the perfect atmosphere for our night together. Thank you Grey Stone and will see you again soon 🙂
The calamari appetizer, mushroom ravioli and lamb chop entrees were excellent. For dessert, we had the carrot cake which was very dry and my only disappointment. The service and outdoor setting was perfect.
We had a wonderful meal at Grey Stone. We ate outside which was a beautiful setting. The meals we had were veal chops, monk fish, Cheesesteak sandwich. Also had pea soup, the Buffalo Wing Salad, Goat Cheese salad. Everything was perfect. We will be back soon.
Everything was awesome outside on the patio!!!! Brandon was excellent as was the octopus!!
Shared three appetizers - General Tso's Cauliflower, Calamari, and Lobster Sliders - with a friend for dinner.
Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive.
The food, as usual, was great; the portions generous.
The only downside was the skimpy wine pour - way too short for the price.
Beautiful outdoor patio. Very good food. One person’s burger was not cooked as requested. This was corrected with apologies from the owner. Very caring staff. I feel they are short staffed, most likely due to CoVid. Will definitely continue to dine here.
The food choices were good, service was great. Prices are just a bit high.
Very enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommend!
