Our experience at Greystone was very positive. We dined in their beautiful outdoor space. Our server was attentive and we all loved our entrees. We enjoyed the gazpacho appetizer, I had the short ribs which were deliciously served over horseradish mashed potatoes. My husband had the shrimp and my son had the crab gnocchi. No complaints at all! We will definitely be back.
My wife, son and I went out. I got the almond crusted salmon with fruit salsa. Very little fruit salsa. Not even a tablespoon. But the salmon was cooked perfectly. My son had the best meal: Honey Sriracha Grilled Shrimp. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delish. My wife got the crab gnocchi - which was also very good.
Food was excellent. Service was a little inconsistent. When it was on, it was on but after our meals were delivered we wanted another drink and had to flag our waiter down to order one.
The quality of the food was excellent but service was too slow and prolonged our visit to 2 and 1/2 hours.
The food was delicious; service was good; outside seating was beautiful; bathrooms were clean and nicely decorated.
Very good food, awesome service. Our 2nd time and we will keep going back. Well worth a visit!
We loved Greystone , we ate outside and it was perfect . Our wAiter was very personal and made our dining experience that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back
Excellent on every level the food was perfectly prepared and delicious. The service was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the evening.
From the valet service, hostess stand, and incredible service and food I couldn’t have asked for a better date night with my husband! Brandon, the owner, came over and checked on us and we enjoyed the atmsospere of this elevated dining experience away from the congestion of the shopping center in Newtown.
A very pleasant surprise as this venue had been previously only for weddings and other group functions
A relatively new addition to the local restaurant scene in the New Hope, Newtown and Washington Crossing area this renovated venue is now a beautiful addition both inside and outside
Moreover the menus is diverse, interesting and more importantly very good to excellent as is the large drink menu.
Very pleasant atmosphere with very good service
Will undoubtedly return soon looking forward to sampling the many items on menue
Food was good, had to ask for coffee,at Brunch, served toast but no butter
My 1st time dining here. Absolutely gorgeous place, tastefully decorated, clean. Outdoor area is inviting and offers plenty of seats.
About the Food :
It was way below average for me .
My drink was just ok, octopus was over cooked and very salty, cauliflower tasted fine and main dish of arugula salad with tuna was ruined by heavy dressing and chewy cut of fish .
I’ll give it another shot since it’s a local place and I love to support local business. I heard that Sunday brunch is nice .
Food was above average except for a few sandwiches ordered that seemed on par with a local deli. I highly recommend the General Tso's cauliflower. Atmosphere was comfortable and quiet for a Sunday afternoon. My biggest complaint was the waitstaff who reeked of cigarette smoke and appeared to want to be anywhere else. This was verified by his statement of regret that he was stuck working rather than enjoying his weekend. I felt uncomfortable as he suggested that I was responsible for his unfortunate situation. My shoes stuck to the bathroom floor and my tiny mixed drink was terribly overpriced. Negatives aside, I would give it another chance in future. The outdoor patio area looks beautiful.
Our first time here. Very good food and attentive service. Definitely in the rotation going forward 🙂
We enjoyed sitting outside on the very large patio. The service was very good and we feasted on salad and hors d'oeuvres. We are returning customers and our friends who were there for the first time are planning to come back.
Hidden gem. Amazing atmosphere. Interesting menu. Will definitely return.
Food is a little over priced. Food quality for entrees could be improved
The best place for outside dining, lovely setting, tables are not Close together, so you don’t feel as if you are sharing your dinner
Very good! We ate outside and the patio is beautiful! Very spacious and it still felt intimate. The food was delicious! My personal favorite was the Generals Tso Cauliflower! If I had known how amazing it would be I would’ve ordered it for my meal! I can’t wait to come back! Definitely a hot spot in the newtown area!
Great food, ambiance and service! The outdoor seating area is beautiful!
It would have been great to have had music outside. Saw a musician inside when we left.
Enjoyed the food and atmosphere, very loud inside hard to talk
Very nice atmosphere and energetic waiter - - would go again!
Would recommend, with the caveat that it is extremely noisy. The food was good and the staff attentive. We will go back, but will try dining on the patio which should be more pleasant.
This was our first dining experience at Grey Stone. The decor was crisp and fresh. Our calamari was tasty, a bit chewy. I had a shrimp entree which was excellent, with great flavor and texture. My husband had the salmon, which he enjoyed. For dessert we had 3 mini chocolate cupcakes which were just okay. The only downside was the noise level which actually made it hard to converse with each other. But we will go back and plan to eat outdoors in one of the pretty garden areas.
Went with wife on date night. Food was great, place is beautiful. It was hot out so we will go back to enjoy the outside area.
Delicious foods. Great menu. Service was pretty good.
Very enjoyable experience
Lots of choices on menu, great outdoor seating, reasonable price, attentive staff.
This restaurant opened with a lot of promise but I’m
sorry to say the potential is still not realized. The food is average at best and pricey for what it is. Staff is wonderful and tries very hard. Taking away the casual menu was a big mistake. There need to be some lower priced options.
I would highly recommend Grey Stone! From the time the valet (complimentary) met us and the hostess sat us to the time we left, everything was perfect! Food and service were excellent! We will definitely return!
We had dinner outside and it was great. Our food was great. Our server was excellent. We will definitely be back.
The restaurant was a cool place to go. The outside looked beautiful but bc of the rain we couldn’t sit there.
The place was loud and it wasn’t even filled to capacity
Good food great sericr
Great service and great food. Love the olive oil & bread. Almond-crusted salmon was delicious and so refreshing to see forbidden rice on a menu too. Our waiter was super attentive and got everything right:)
We had reservations to eat inside but had a cocktail outside on deck patio first & decided to eat outside since it was so beautiful outside. The ambiance outside was perfect. We will definitely be back Soon. We Loved it!
This is a hidden gem. Excellent staff, delicious food and the drinks were fantastic. Love the outside seating.
Excellent. Beautiful. Amazing fried goat cheese.
Everything was great- food, service and ambiance...love their patio outside...
Only complaint is Saturdays menu...if you could order same food on Saturday that you can the rest of the week, would be there more often.
For one child and two
Adults it was $200 for wings and crab cakes!
