Great restaurant. Haven’t been out in a while because of Covid but they have ample outdoor seating with fire pits everywhere to warm the cold air.
we sat in the romance room and it was very nice
Overall I loved Grey Stone, really great atmosphere, excellent food and drinks. One issue was the outdoor seating didn’t have enough of the heat lamps and we were freezing, something I’m sure they will fix with the weather getting colder.
We sat downstairs and it felt like someone’s large basement. Not the most intimate room and it is very loud. The food was good as was the service.
We’re usually a fan, but it wasn’t great. Our server was short and rushed with us all night. She just threw drinks down and ran. The apps were dry and I had to send my meal back because it was burnt. Not impressed this time around...
As always, love the cocktails and the meal. The food was outstanding! But, the service was even better. Always love having Donna as our waitress. She is the best!
amazing food and drink. it was perfect for a date night. decor and ambience was beautiful. definitely want to go back with some friends for drinks
Excellent food, service and beautiful surroundings.
Highly recommend and will definitely return.
Made reservations on line, all was perfect. Great service, great food. Felt very safe.
Great open, outdoor space. Heaters if needed, tables spaced far apart. Great food and service
I had attempted on several occasions to book a table at this wonderful restaurant. I was finally able to do this for our wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful experience because we picked a time when the restaurant was not packed with other diners. As a result we were treated like royalty. The food was excellent, amongst the best we have eaten while dining out. This restaurant is a Five Star plus in our opinion.
We absolutely love the food and ambiance every time we eat here, inside or outside. We try something new each time and are NEVER disappointed!! Amazing food and service!
An enjoyable experience, as always. Our server was great, and everything we ordered came out just as we wanted. Thanks for everything!
Dan the waiter was attentive and cheerful. Made our experience a good one. Food was warm and tasty. Sous vide pork chops were juicy and delicious as expected.
The food there is wonderful and the portions are generous. The staff is friendly with wonderful service. I hope they stay open through this covid thing.
We really enjoyed ourselves here. The butternut squash ravioli and the ceasar salad with the buffalo cauliflower was amazing. Hostesses could have been a bit friendlier but our server was excellent. Definitely will be back.
Donna was a very friendly and knowledgeable server who guided us through the menu ( first visit). Great drink selection. Really enjoyed goat cheese & fig appetizer. Delightful short rib entree, soooo tender and very generous veggies. Others had great filet Mignon and a delightful halibut special. Had an AMAZING cinnamon bun / hazelnut dessert pizza, which could be shared. Others tried peanut butter mousse, no leftovers speaks volumes.
Outdoor dinning very well organized, lots of heaters. Make a reservation. Valet parking was a plus.
I’ll be back, for sure!
Food and service was exceptional, and food and came out quickly and hot. Decent sized portions for gourmet food. Everyone was nice and accommodating. Looking at going back for my moms 75th in the private William Penn room . If you are looking for a Historical restaurant in Bucks county was awesome food and atmosphere, this is your spot!
Receptionist was very rude. Will not return.
I enjoyed a fun birthday lunch with friends last week. Our server "Kyle" was very attentive and knowledgeable. He answered several questions and made great recommendations for our meals and wine. The choices were great - our meals and wine were delicious. All in all a very nice lunch and we'll be back soon. Grey Stone has become very popular so reservations are recommended.
Greg our server, was friendly and on top of his game. Food was fantastic!
Always outstanding. The food is great and modifications for CoVid are taken seriously. Beautiful setting, great service. Its the only restaurant that I feel comfortable frequenting during this crazy time. Once winter hits, the large inside rooms that are available will be more than adequate for social distancing. After my recent lunch, I returned the next day to do take out with my daughter. The GreyStone burger is to die for. Melted Brie, caramelized onions and fig jam, seriously... what else could you ask for?
(ooh except their heirloom beet salad, though a bit small, is also OUT OF THIS WORLD DELISH!)
Upon our arrival there was no hostess to greet us. When she appeared about 4 minutes later we were ignored and when she was walking away she muttered that she couldn’t sit anyone right now. Our presence was not even acknowledged.. We had a reservation but still had to wait 10 minutes for our table. Upon being seated we were informed that they had run out of at least 6 items on the menu, We wound up ordering hamburgers.
We were there on Sunday, on what was probably the last beautiful weekend for quite a while. They informed us that they were running a little behind on their reservations and had run out of a few menu items due to the enormous demand of the weekend caused by the unseasonably warm weather. We were seated about 15 minutes after our reservation time, which I thought was quite reasonable given the amount of people they were accommodating. We received excellent service and ordered the duck sliders, the lamb burger and the chicken cutlet sandwich. All were outstanding. We were glad to see them so busy in November and look forward to returning soon.
Waited for more than 30 minutes for a server to come to our table. Was with friends who were here for the first time. They’ve already said they won’t go back.
It was a beautiful afternoon with a friend! Delicious drinks and food outside.
Great menu! Appetizers were great and generous. Entrees were wonderful delicious and generous. We will be back and we will recommend this restaurant to our friends.
We dined on the outdoor patio which is lovely! We started with the calamari which was really good. My cosmo was excellent and my husband was happy with the beer list.
We had dinner on the patio tonight at The Gray Stone .
The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
We will be returning.
I really appreciated how our waiter Rick described the menu in a quick detail. Ordered something totally different than my first pick and couldn’t be happier. A very enjoyable experience with exceptional service!
There is nothing nicer than the outdoor accommodations at the Greystone Manor. We were there on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in November. The food was just as good as the ambiance of the surroundings. We had a very sweet waitress who was very attentive. The service was a little slow, but since the day was so sunny and comfortable, we enjoyed the company of our friends and just being outside.
Short Ribs were out of this world fantastic as was the goat cheese appetizer! Although we sat inside, the outdoor seating area had a nice set up with heaters in place. Can’t wait to go back!
Amazing!!!!! 10/10! Great date night spot!!!!!!!!!
Great place for outdoor dining. Service was excellent; staff brought out small bon fires when it began to get cold. Food was great. I had the duck confit; huge portion. Friend raved about the butternut squash soup. Will definitely dine there again.
Very nice place with great food, a bit on the pricey side
Excellent food and outdoor dining! Very safe with nice patio seating on a beautiful autumn day!
Tonight was the 2nd time i have eaten at Greystone. Both times we had phenomenal service and delicious meals!! Sweet and caring wait staff each time. The best salmon ever and tonight had the butternut squash ravioli. The ravioli was one of the best meals i have ever eaten.
Great outdoor space for the cooler evenings
The food was great as were the specialty drinks but not an inexpensive evening. The service was good, except we never received any bread and the waiter got the order wrong, but only a slight delay.
From the time we got there the service was excellent and the food was very good
Would have liked to have dined outside but the night was a little cold which brings to to my only comments
1. It was a little warm inside
2. Noise level was higher than what I expected
Neither issues do not reduce my overall rating
