An Ambassador will call 1 to 2 weeks prior with questions to tailor the dinner. If you requested Chef’s counter seating, we will do our best to accommodate but have limited seating. Blind tasting menu: 7 course $137 each or 10 course $187 each. Wine Pairings - Silver: $100, Gold: $150, Platinum: $300. This is a unique dining experience; menus highlight unforgettable flavors from all over the world. The wine tier you choose will not change the quantity, but rather the quality, platinum being the highest, top shelf option. Other beverage options: wine by the glass or bottle, craft cocktails, non-alcohol choices. (All prices are per person and do not include tax or gratuity.) Dining time: 7 course is 2.5 to 3 hours, 10 is 3.5 to 4. Groups over 6, add 60 min to expected dining time. Reservations require credit cards. Three Stars: The Fancy Adventure My Wallet Still Regrets Grey Sweater is the kind of restaurant where you feel like you should have brought a thesaurus just to describe the food. Each course sounded like it was curated by a poetic wizard who had access to every edible plant in the Amazon rainforest. I think one of my dishes involved “smoked essence of forest dreams” — but it basically tasted like a very small, very confused mushroom. The service was impeccable. In fact, I have never had so many people ask me if I was “enjoying my experience” while I was actively trying to figure out whether I was supposed to eat the garnish or frame it. The portions? Let’s just say my plate had more white space than a blank Word document. But it’s not about being full — it’s about the journey, right? (At least that’s what I told myself while stopping by Taco Casa afterward.) Overall, it was an elegant, memorable evening that made me feel both extremely cultured and extremely hungry. I would definitely recommend it if you enjoy mystery, artful bites, and contemplating life over a $500 check for “just a snack.” Three stars — because Grey Sweater made me laugh, cry, and eat a few tacos in the same night.

We loved dining at Grey Sweater. The food was exquisitely out of this world and the service made us feel like royalty. I’ve never had such a delightfully perfect time. Everything balanced and the flavors were so well curated that it was a fantastic sensory experience.

Absolutely outstanding once in a Life Time dining experience for our Forty Fifth Anniversary. Highly recommend all the people we met there and the exotic food we tasted was amazing!

Each course was wonderful and the 7 course choice was just right for everyone in our group. Hard to pick a favorite course, since all were very good. Interestingly, the water selections were quite good and complimented the food. We drank 3 large bottles among 4 people! The music and people were louder than last time we ate here.
