Made booking with Open table and got confirmation email. We where going to to late so rang up Grey Horse and was told no booking had been made so just turn up. Had trouble parking (on street). Walked into pub with instant smell of stale cigarette smoke and unloved appearance. Stood there for a bit, could here people talking but no one came. We walked out and went to a different pub for lunch
