Their raspberry refresher is to die for. Whoever created that drink is a legend. Awesome time last night, will definitely be back

Our group enjoyed our time at Greta as service from Brooke was great and the only hiccup occurred when some of our food was mistakenly sent to another table. Fortunately we were heads down into gaming so the extra wait was fine and we were served pretty quick with the rush put in. Again, Brooke was very apologetic for the issue and it didn’t deter our evening much at all. Food was decent as well and the games were fun! Will be back again!

Service is awful all across the board - restaurant seems to be run by a bunch of gen z'rs who don't really care about your experience. Server took off halfway through serving us to play guitar hero, bartender had an attitude when we asked her for drinks, food was flavourless. I've had significantly better experiences at Good Co Granville and Rec Room! This was a one and done experience for my group and I.

Everything was great, would be nice if they have more veggie options more than a burger/salad or bland tofu. Game were fun and staff were amazing.

We went on a Sunday, the deals were great, lots of drinks were $5 and the games were $5 for an hour. Part of the venue was blocked off for a private event which meant we couldn’t get to the air hockey and some other games which was a pity but otherwise it was a great rainy weekend activity!

It was our first time at GRETA and we were celebrating me getting a new job. Service wasn’t great. Food came out all at different times. We ordered 2 rounds of the same drinks, second round came out and we were told they were the same cocktail but they looked and tasted completely different. The server said because the bartenders changed over, that was the reasoning behind the drinks looking and tasting different. They were clearly different colours and we had already had one round of the same cocktail. We settled our bills and went up to the bar ourselves. Luckily the bartender was willing to remake the drinks. We went back down to sit at the table and the server scolded us for going up to the bar and said “if you want to order drinks you have to order with me” we explained that we were able to get the correct drink at the bar. We won’t be coming back.

The party I reserved it for was appreciative however they ate and left. Perhaps, they thought it was over priced to eat and play...Then again this is every where in Vancouver.

Fun place if you don’t care too much about service, which was terribly slow and they kept reminding us our table was reserved for another party and we needed to leave. We hadn’t finished our food as it took so long for it to come and they kept saying we needed to leave. Another place where tipping prompts are now at 18% min which def was not earned!

The energy and games at this place are great. If you go on a Sunday like we did they have $5 drinks and $5 hourly play. Fantastic deal!
