Green Pig Bistro (GPB) serves up classic, rustic French cooking with a decidedly American push.

GPB embraces a seasonal menu of hearty entrées, sourcing most ingredients locally to satisfy the palate & support the local community. It has a casual setting with a lively and energetic vibe and delicious farm-to-table food prepared in an open kitchen alongside unique craft cocktails & beer and an extensive, thoughtfully curated wine list.

GPB is open for Happy Hour every day from 4pm-6pm, Dinner every day from 5pm-close, and Brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10am-2:30pm. Reservations highly encouraged. Reservations not accepted for Happy Hour - just stop in.

I wasn’t able to dine here. I showed up and they could see my reservation. They said they had kitchen staff, but no servers and they wouldn’t be able to serve me. They had no contingency plan. They didn’t call or text to let me know. They let me show up for a lunch and then couldn’t accommodate and had no solution.

I’m not a fan of the new location. It’s too open and loud. Kitchen is exposed. Staff is mixed between two restaurants and it’s very confusing. We had at least three people waiting on us. They seemed to run out of items quickly as well, having to scramble to find them.

We wrote it'd be a birthday brunch. They didn't recognize it at all. We ordered a "Warm Apple Pie," but it came out cold. Food is good as always. The ambience is good. Those small services were missing.

Very good meal and excellent service. Overall a great experience. Staff had table ready. Reservation for 5 and were able to easily accommodate the late addition of a 6th person. Staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, well coordinated in their handoffs and communications. Food was excellent. Ordered a mix of soup (French onion), salad (Caesar), vegetarian (quinoa cakes), meats (pork chops) and the shrimp and grits. Portions were generous. Food was good quality and well prepared. Nice drinks and wine list as well. Would recommend for a casual elevated dinner. Good for a family group.

Everything was delicious. Drinks are priced well and so is the food. Nothing disappointed! Been here several times and tried something new each time. So flavorful! Definitely recommend!

Always a great spot to eat. New location is a bit smaller but nicely decorated. Service & food great as always!!

There was a fruit fly in drink and salad :/ it ruined my experience. My husband got ribs and they were very good.
