I guess the server wasn’t a server, maybe filling in and the “Chef” just careless. Our entrées came three minutes after our first course was served. The server was annoyed by the fact I requested to hold it in the kitchen while we were eating our first course. My entrée was super salty (is it because I sent it back?) I just had two bites out of my whole plate, that didn’t even raised the attention of our server. This place is so far behind of what hospitality industry should be.

I took my wife, mother, 2 of my aunts and my 3 kids here for mother's day brunch and I have to say it was the worst brunch I have ever been to. All of the food was cold, They had pre made sliders that were sitting out son long that the buns were as hard as a rock! They had a station with rack of lamb and the lamb was extremely under cooked. They had crab legs that were cold, watery and mushy. We couldn't get any of the crab meat out. I'm big on you get what you pay for so I was expecting much more from this mother's day buffet at the $75 per person price. I was embarrassed and I felt like I ruined mother's day for family members. We actually left there and went to another restaurant to eat. I've never been here on a normal to eat but definitely would not recommend this place for brunch.

Food I ate was very good. The menu description for my salad I don't remember mentioning Blue Cheese (I don't like it.). The salad I received had Blue Cheese in one pile on the side of the salad. Menu options are limited. Open 7-11. 5-?. I was there at 5PM on a Thursday. Service seemed to be understaffed as they had the same one person waiting the bar and the restaurant, so the service was slow. I was eating by myself. From the time I ordered the main course till the time the desert arrived it took approx. 2 hours. This is fine if you are not on a tight schedule. The restaurant is convenient loctaion, right inside the Hyatt Regency Valencia hotel.

From the hostess who warmly greeted me and provided very caring service ensuring we had seats that made for the best experience possible, to the server who kept our coffee warm and beverages flowing and plates cleared, to the exceptional food selections this Christmas Day Buffett we couldn't have asked for anything more. I was not aware of the special menu or set prices prior to our arrival and was a little disappointed to learn that only the buffet was offered that day as I'd already preselected items from the regular menu, but the servers and hostess quickly made up for it. The tip was included at 18% which was a surprise with only 3 of us dining that day, but I would have given that much anyway hoping it was shared with everyone.

Thanksgiving Brunch Buffet. Excellent and expansive selection of food. Approximately 15 warming food stations, plus extensive sea food station, cheese station, bagel & lox station, staffed omelette & eggs station. Free flowing Mimosa, coffee, tea and juices. Generous selection of deserts. Our server, JAVIER was friendly and attentive. Went the xtra mile to make sure I recent Hyatt points.

We went for the Thanksgiving buffet. The crab was tough, the shrimp was soggy and tasteless. The Turkey was amazing, but the buffet overall was very disappointing and not worth the price.

Thanksgiving brunch was very good . It was good until the end . I told the waitress to make 3 separate bills and she made it one because she wanted a mandatory tip for 6 people . I told her 3 times to make it separate so we had to pay $100 tip for something she didn’t deserve . She knew exactly what she was doing , I told her 3 times . Put a bad taste for your location !

This was a great place to eat breakfast. I love the outdoor dining and being allowed to bring my dog! The ambiance is great! The food was solid, not the best I've ever had, but certainly decent and I really enjoyed the churro pancakes!

I was very hopeful that this new iteration of restaurant at our local Hyatt Hotel would be an improvement over the previous. The remodel opened the restaurant into the hotel lobby with a large section devoted to a Sushi Bar. We sat in the dining room area, separated by a low half wall, which allowed for the entire restaurant to seem open, while separating main menu dining from the Sushi Bar. The menu was very limited and primarily emphasized seafood items. We chose an octopus and shrimp salad appetizer to share. It was quite flavorful, but the preparation of the octopus left it more chewy than desirable. We each chose the pork chop entree, mostly to match an interesting Willamette Valley whole cluster fermented Pinot Noir. The wine was exceptional, the pork chop not so much. It was prepared with a glaze that contained so much sugar, that it undermined the normally positive match between a grilled chop and Pinot Noir. This preparation would have preferred an off-dry Riesling instead. Because we had waited so long for our dinner's preparation, having finished half the bottle of wine before the appetizer even arrived, the chef provided a complimentary dessert with his take on s'mores. That was actually quite tasty and the best part of the meal, along with the wine (which turned out to be discounted on Wednesdays).

We dined at Vines years ago and remember it being a good restaurant. Greater Pacific is more like a sports bar with live loud music. Food was good and also was the service but the atmosphere was not suited for Valentines Day (or any quiet celebration).

This is my first place to eat so it’s hard to say anything bad about it. But I had dinner here on Saturday night and the one man band was so loud I couldn’t even hear my friend across my booth.

Possibly the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Despite our reservation and a table sitting there waiting for us, no one even looked at us for 5 minutes while we stood at the hostess stand. It was Sunday morning at 11:30, and there was one other table occupied in a hotel restaurant, 2 weeks before Christmas. This should have been a tip-off. After waiting for our food for OVER AN HOUR, and being told multiple excuses by our waitress, whom we had to track down (in more than an hour, she came once to take the order and that was 15 minutes after being seated, and once to serve drinks...never checked again!), we finally got a manager. He boxed up our food after it was ready another 10 min later, and comped it - which was a joke. When we got it home, all of the items with the exception of one were either missing multiple ingredients or missing altogether. Unbelievable. Please, please stay away. Take a look at the kale power bowl photo below...missing the almonds, cranberries, EGG, dressing, brown rice (came with white!), and mostly uncooked quinoa. Oh, and the kale. Those greens = not kale.

Service was not good at all. Took forever to get someone to take our drink order, our food order, as well as the wait for the food and then the wait for the bill even though they barely had any people. They brought out bread plates even though bread was never brought out but other tables got it. They had a band playing extremely loud to the point that whole date had no purpose cuz we couldn’t even speak out loud without losing our voices. Food was really really bad, I can easily tell if sushi will be good by just trying salmon sushi, cuz it’s easier to tell the quality of fish, and it was crumbly and very very weird on texture and flavor. I had upset stomach 40 min later. They were also very rude about the fact that we had open table rewards to use, it took them good 20 minutes just to proses our coupon and right after that everyone was obviously very rude even though we tipped 20 percent for such service and yet they still gave us dirty looks afterwards. I really don’t recommend this place, it might look nice inside but I just genuinely think that the food and service is not worth it. P.s. you will never find bathroom on your own so ask for help at the front desk of hotel

Thanksgiving buffet. The entrance doors were propped open and the cold air from outside quickly cooled off the food and dining room. I asked if the doors would close and only one was closed. The cold air really turned a great experience into an okay one. The food was beautifully done and only the cold breeze was negative.

This menu is extraordinarily UNDERWHELMING. The menu is limited to a fairly small amount of food choices so I would expect each one to be truly amazing. Quite the opposite. We had the pork shank/risotto, shrimp/pasta and salmon. All were horrible. No flavor. Extremely bland. I could've done better at home. The "creamed" quinoa was just plain cooked quinoa with zero flavor. Kids got the chicken wrap and while I didn't try it, it looked like more bland food. The steak, however, was quite good and my husband enjoyed the pork belly and the octopus. We didn't bother with the sushi. I would expect more underwhelming flavors. Keep trying, chefs, maybe you'll get it right eventually.

Booked a reservation online since it was recommended and a first time for us 🤣. There were many people in the bar but only one other couple in the restaurant section. Our host which took five min plus to acknowledge and come up to the front was unaware of our reservation. He apologized and mentioned they were short staffed for the evening. 🧐 Sushi is amazing!!!, but don’t expect it to come as an appetizer if your dining in the restaurant section. Our waiter informed us that there are two separate kitchens and that the sushi is a little bit of a wait but worth it. Fine, and he was absolutely correct! I’m craving the sushi 3 days later! Our service on the other hand was extremely slow, almost non existent at times. Just to get our first alcoholic beverage took over 20min once seated. The live music was a nice touch! We will give a second try because we enjoyed the food and location but please work on your service, especially around dinner time.

Very open design, very quiet, not over done , is pleasant and elegant. Reservations recommended. Filet Mignon was done perfectly, and plated beautifully. Staff was very courteous and never far away. Menu is simple and limited, easy read and describes dishes very well.
