Service was excellent and food was great. They had a fun kids menu which made the meal fun for our 7-year-old too. Outdoor seating was arranged well with tables nicely spaced out.
It was my birthday and I had a wonderful time!
Great for brunch with family and/or friends. Highly recommend!
A colleague of mine came out for a business lunch.
Everything we had was amazing and fresh!! Even the drinks! We had everything from house coffee to Bellinis and hot chocolates! Portions are huge!!!
Our party was greeted and seated promptly. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, though a little slow to make his initial visit to our table. The portabella mushroom appetizer was great. It had just the right amount of crisp and flavor. I also enjoyed the chilaquiles that I ordered. It was a large portion, so half of it went home with me. Splitting our check was easy at the end and we were allowed to take our time before exiting. The only “downside”, per se, was the noise level. It was hard to hear my friends at times due to the music and the laughter of several large parties. All in all, it was a great brunch. I would definitely return in the future.
Went in for brunch and had plenty of options for our group of three. Great server, unfortunately didn't catch his name
Great atmosphere; food was okay (could have just been what I ordered!)
Went for breakfast and had limited choices.
It’s overpriced and more kitschy than delicious. Presentation ok, second is good, but overall it’s average. The outdoor patio is the primary reason to visit.
Lovely location for a birthday brunch. Enjoyed the all day menu choices, little twists on some classics - had the Benedict, French Toast and some sides (bacon! 😋). Definitely get the Bloody Mary, it’s worth the indulgence!
Overall the entire experience was great. Even though they were busy they were still able to be attentive. We also had managers check in on us twice. The food was excellent, our server Jamilah was so awesome. Very attentive! We will definitely be going back.
Donuts were not good. Tasteless and hard
Shrimp egg Benedict was tasteless, cold and biscuits were soggy
Turkey Bolansuse was cold, not seasoned and gamey
Food took forever & when my friend told the manager it’s been an hour… manager rudely replied…. it hasn’t been an hour.
Fine…. if he really wanna be specific… we arrived at 1:30 pm & at 2:20 pm… our food is not ready.
Food was good. Outdoor seating is important for me now. We had a nice time.
We wanted to eat somewhere new and chose the Great Maple. The staff was very nice and did a wonderful job. Per our request we were seated outside and it was very nice on the patio. The menu is very limited and we ended up ordering the Blueberry Pancakes and the Eggs Benedict which were good and the Beignets which were disappointing. The beignets were heavy and had a taste of bacon and some sort of chili taste that I can't place but it didn't belong in a beignet. Overall, it wasn't bad but it was expensive for breakfast. I think this is more of a lunch and dinner place.
Ordered the Steakhouse Burger and substituted regular fries with the parmesan truffle fries (at an additional cost). The burger was good, but the parmesan truffle fries, although good, was not worth the $5 extra dollars compared to the regular fries. The restaurant décor is nice, and although the place was busy, it did not feel crowded. Our server was attentive, but perhaps because the kitchen was super busy, our food did take 30 minutes to arrive.
We had a great time celebrating my mom’s birthday here. The food, service and ambience were all wonderful. We would definitely go back again.
Great Maple's food is delicious! Especially love their steak burger and fries! For dessert try their seasonal pumpkin donuts. So yummy!
Great service and food.
We dined in a covered patio with heating that was perfect for a slightly cool night. The service was on the spot, unobtrusive, and sitting inside the sale was marvelous marvelous
Always a good meal at this restaurant. The service could be a little better. The Cesar salad was delicious. We will definitely go back.
The service was slow, but I belive they were short staffed. The food is really good. You must try the donuts w/maple and bacon for dessert!!! So good.
We were told as soon as we were seated there was a 1 hour and 35 minute limit to our table. Yes it was that exact. It took over a hour to get our food so it was no enforced. Food is good but I don't feel worth the price. My husband and I spent over $60 for breakfast. We chose this place because of location and the ability to make a reservation for outdoor dining. It served its purpose but I would not be a regular customer.
Good but Over priced. Not anything special about the food.
I’m a repeat customer! Love their brunch, probably one of my favorite restaurants in Pasadena.
Way overpriced for way average food. Service however, is fantastic.
They allowed us to plug in a computer for a zoom/ in-person lunch meeting. Incredible service and care! Good food, great ambiance!
Thank you for accommodating us last evening. It was a great time!
Portion sizes are very large but that's a good thing. Good food and drinks that won't leave you leaving hungry on your way out.
This place is very aesthetically pleasing and the food is straight up delicious. The prime rib melt, and the fried chicken and donuts are a must!
I was a bit disappointed. The service was not the best. We requested the minimum, syrup, bbq sauce and coffee. The coffee was really cold, waitress got us a second cup, and said, if this one is cold then idk what to tell you I don’t make it. Second cup was cold as well. We asked for extra syrup and bbq for chicken and never was brought. I would understand if server was busy but she was talking to the hostess girls that stand at door. Pretty disappointed. Women’s bathrooms where disgusting. No toilet paper. Chilaquiles where soggy. Overall I was dissatisfied and will not be returning. I drove an hour from Jurupa Valley to eat here and never again.
Oscar was wonderful’ made sure I had all I wanted and even took a pic of my friend and I for her birthday.
Deep fried food was delicious but can only have once a year due to health reasons.
no one told us that it was going to take an hour to receive the food after being ordered. the only thing that you are told is that you have 90 mins to complete your stay...
Food is amazing one of my favorite places to have brunch
Went with a party of 6 for brunch - specified wanting indoor seating on my reservation however they tried to seat us outside in 90 degree weather. When I mentioned I had requested indoor the hostess told me I didn’t - I happily showed her my reservation which said “indoor” and she took back her attitude and said it would be another 10 minutes to seat us inside. The wait wasn’t a problem but her response was. We got our drink order pretty quickly but it took about an hour to us to receive our food. The burger was over cooked, the chicken was undercooked (still pink in some areas) and our pancakes came cold. I was really excited about trying Great Maple because the pictures looked so good, but I don’t think we will ever go back there after the experience with the hostess and having to wait so long for poorly prepared food.
Jenny is AMAZING!!!! Will be going back for bruncch... The food is always delicious and the service is outstanding.
We were greeted warmly, seated outside per our request. But not in the covered patio area where there are ceiling fans instead we were seated outside on the sidewalk and it was 95+ degrees. No cover and no fans.
Our server was friendly and efficient, the food was good. We started off with the Cauliflower Hummus platter, which we all enjoyed. Nice wine and cocktail selection. I had the Caesar Salad with shrimp (very good), sis had the chopped salad with pulled chicken (also good), and brother had the BLT sandwich (good). Their dessert menu is limited, just a few donut selections. My only major complaint is being seated outside of the covered patio area. The day was way too hot to seat people out there with no fans, just small umbrellas. It made it difficult to really relax and enjoy the experience I would still recommend to friends, but suggest they specify being in the covered patio if you want to be seated outside
Coffee was cold
