The menu is unique and the food is good. This time, our service was mediocre. We had to repeatedly ask to have our water and beverages refilled. The server was very anxious to get our order, but once he did, we were pretty much ignored. I've been there before and the service was better, so maybe this was a fluke. Their breakfast and pastry menu items are the highlights. Ribs were excellent the last time I was there.

We had a reservation and had to wait 30 minutes to get seated which was disappointing. The food was only okay. We got our fries that were appetizers and got them after we received our main dishes and they were cold. Our waitress never stopped by to see how we were doing after we received our food. The manager came by and said hello but didn’t ask how everything was. It’s a cute vibe and the inside is really pretty but overall not worth it even with a reservation.

It was a Mother's Day meal. They gave a rose to mom! Service was very good given the crowd size. Food was good overall as well. If you, as the name says, like maple (and bacon - including the bar drinks), this is a place for you. The venue does get quite noisy when it is full. For those sensitive to sound and/or with hearing impairment, consider going at less busy times.

Solid food. Ordered the claim to fame chicken and donuts. A novelty I wouldn’t do again but it was tasty. Wife had the bolognese which she raved about. We arrived on Mother’s Day and were seated immediately. Our waitress was attentive and accommodating. Not much else in the mall at this point.

Waitress was excellent. Didn’t miss a step. Everyone in my party liked their food. The check in process at the front was so chaotic. Prepare to scream at the person next to you when having a conversation.

We had a wonderful lunch at Great Maple. Our server Cameron was very nice and attentive. My son had the lemon shrimp pasta, my husband the steak sandwich and I had the cobb wedge. All were really good and we would order them same things again. One issue was that it was very busy, as it was Sunday. You must make a reservation for Sundays, and be prepared to wait a few minutes. We had a 1:15 reservation and we were seated by 1:30. For a Sunday, we did not mind. We also did request to be outside, which is the best but you might have to wait a bit for a table to clear. It is worth the wait so bring your patience!

Took my daughter and her Godmothers to brunch here. The place was very nice, the food was delicious, and our server Even was awesome! Although I didn’t get my doughnuts this time, we will definitely come here again just for that!!

The manager was AMAZING! She took such good care of us- we told her it was our first time there and she got us a great table outdoors. The lunch was leisurely and no one pressured us when 2 of the party were late. We enjoyed coffee, doughnuts, the shrimp biscuit benedict was to die for. Great bacon. Great brunch spot! Thanks for a fun morning!

Came for Sunday brunch with family visiting from out of town. Not only were they impressed but we were too! Food was fantastic, service was AMAZING. Portions were perfect and it is the cutest place ever! I would highly recommend the Fried Chicken and Doughnuts!!!

This restaurant closes its kitchen and bar at 8:00 p.m. on a Saturday night. We never would have made a 7:30 reservation there had we known. We weren't told this until after we were seated and our drink orders taken. We felt very rushed and got below par service. Have been there before for lunch and brunch and it was significantly better.

Met a friend for lunch. Made reservations for 12:30 and we were seated immediately upon arriving. Waited and trainee greeted us and took our drink orders. For our meal, I had their Cobb salad with no blue cheese and ranch dressing in lieu for blue cheese. Salad was HUGE. Abundant amount of chicken and the salad itself was more for 2 people. My friend had the taco salad and it was a good size and said it was tasty and filling. Overall our experience has always been positive. Staff is always professional and friendly, but above all they continually check in their guests. Food is good and restaurant is clean and bright. Lastly, the manager stopped by to ask if we had a good meal and if we had anything that was a concern that we could convey to her. It was fairly busy so I was impressed that she walked the floor and spoke to us. Will be dining here again in the future.
