Service was great the wait wasn't to long. The food was fantastic the French toast sticks yum yum the pop over egg Benedict's I think to heavy an too much had pop over left over but I'm eggs Benedict's fan so I'll order again. The bacon old fashion I'm ordering 2 next time the donuts OMG their worth the 12 dollars ate those on the way sticky steering wheel just couldn't wait. I'm coming back for the chili maple bacon an white cheddar biscuits and gravy and a bacon old fashioned
Food was very good. Recommend if you have children. No unlimited mimosa option unfortunately.
First time at this restaurant. It was very busy but clearly understaffed. Our waiter came to our table exactly once, to take our order and never saw him again. No one asked how our meal was, which we would have told them the meat was over cooked, the fries were lukewarm and we were never asked about another drink. We had to flag down a passing hostess for that.
Probably won't return... place looks amazing, but food, service and ambience terrible
We made a reservation for 6:30 and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated which was very aggregating. Once seated the food and service were good. However I then received an email that my reservation was canceled which was very upsetting. I spoke with the hostess multiple times and she knew we had a reservation. I should receive my points
The food was not worth the cost. Turkey burger was bland. Service was not great - I had to get up to get my own straw. Fries and deviled eggs were just okay. I had marked on my reservation that we were celebrating my birthday and it was completely overlooked. All in all, we most likely won’t be going back here.
We found Great Maple by accident, simply looking for a place for lunch. Happy accident. There were four of us, and we all had great food. Mostly we had salads, which were inventive, really tasty and worth every dollar. My youngest boy took a chance on one of the donut desserts. If you don't care about calories and carbs, get one of the doughnuts. They're incredible. The only thing we noted was that the wait for food was long. This may be because everything looks as though it's prepared specially, per order. If that's the reason, there's no reason to think poorly of the service, only to be aware of it. Our server was great. The place is attractive, noisy, but not awful, and the food is really something. We'll be back.
Super service! Super food and drinks on Valentine’s Day 👍👍
Great experience. Service and food were both awesome.
Took my fam out for valentine day brunch. It was absolutely amazing. This will place will be a monthly visit 😋
Great diversity on menu. Healthy choices plus fun treats and all delicious.
Delicious food, kind and attentive wait staff
Couldn’t believe I had donuts for dinner... but they were GOOD! Not too sweet... good balance... salt / sweet...
Great happy hour selection and very tasty food!
Business lunch with colleagues. Food was great. Moderately quiet.
Great mix of food options. From app to dessert, the flavors were amazing. Perfect portions and nice presentation.
Great service and delicious food. The desserts (maple bacon donuts) are really good. However it is a bit on the pricey side and the seating arrangements are less intimate than other places.
I have been four times now and have ordered the fried chicken and donuts every time. I cannot attest to anything else on the menu, but that is one of the greatest meals ever.
I came back the next day because I wanted to try a few more things on the menu. The eggs benedict was good but too much fingerling potatoes, it took up half the plate. The pickled bloody mary was very vinegary I couldn't finish it. I do want to try a few more things on the menu but I will wait a while before going back, I find their menu interesting and unique.
The hostess, server and manager were absolutely rude. Everything that came out of the kitchen was burnt causing the restaurant to be full of smoke the entire time. Not satisfied I will not recommend this to friends or go back.
Our experience at Great Maple was less than satisfying. Upon arrival, it was extremely smokey inside the restaurant. They had to keep the doors open to let out the smoke, making it very cold inside. Our waitress was not very gracious. When our food arrived some of the orders arrived incorrectly. She proceeded to fix one of the orders. My other friend complained that there were no onions on her burger, the waitress then came back and told her that the cooks said they put onions on the burger. Even if that were the case,a good waitress would have brought out more onions to keep the customer happy. We felt as though she was very annoyed with us, so we did not make any further requests. Needless to say, we will not be back here anytime soon!
Great place for brunch. Ample patio settings and you can bring your dog. Went back the next day because I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to bring my husband. The manager was covering for out server who had to take a lunch break. We found out when we were leaving the parking structure that our validation ticket wasn't stamp properly and had to pay $6. That's a first but hows lack of follow through.
Way too noisey & also too cold. Food took a long time to arrive. Bacon wasn't cooked nearly enough - and, this in a place that prides itself on its bacon...? Not a good value either for what we received. Oh, and, they were out of all tea!
Limited menu but well executed generally. Perhaps keeping it simple works well enough.
Excellent food and great service as usual! Their happy hour is on of the best in the area and absolutely LOVE their maple bacon donuts! Highly recommend checking it out to everyone!
Great service provided by Jonathan. The bacon donuts are the best!
Went for my birthday and everything was so good! Place is very busy.
Great food and atmosphere!!
Waiter was nice but the service could have been faster. Think she had too many tables at once.
Delicious! Took a friend here who was visiting from out of town and she LOVED IT. Thanks Great Maple!
Super good get the donuts and chicken it was so good.
Hostess stand unattended. Had to wait fir someone to show up after waiting awhile.
Tables weren’t bussed.
So delicious! Be sure and try the signature donut!!
It was surprisingly great considering some reviewers stated that they did not have a good experience. We went on a busy sunday for brunch. We made reservations online for 1230p. Although we were late, our table was still available at 1p. After seeing how busy and crowded it was, it was great that I called informing hostess that our party of 4 will be late. Megan was our waitress. She was friendly but busy most of the time. It was Jason, the bar staff, that was the most helpful. When we didn't see our waitress for awhile, we stopped Jason walking near our table carrying a handful of items. He did not say, "let me get back to you or let me find your waiter," as some staff do; but he actually took time to listen and answer our questions about the drink menu. He was very knowledgeable. We did not know he was bar staff until he walked behind bar (now it makes sense😁).
We ordered the spicy fried chicken sandwich, popover lobster benedict, soup of the day, french toast logs, and grilled chicken bowl. The portions are large. Great place to eat after a Saturday night hangover. We enjoyed the food. Our choice of beverages were pear mimosas, a blood orange chili drink recommended by Jason, Rose-all-day (got sent back, wasn't great and look like something was floating in it). I had the Bear glass bailey vodka expresso drink that I added fruity pebbles to, my version of adult cereal-yummy😋 . The water glasses could have been cleaner and the service could have been faster. It took awhile for our food to hit the table but again there was a huge Sunday crowd. The food had flavor and it was greatly enjoyed once it arrived. The bill was higher than expected. The average cost per person is approx. $35-40 at other brunch focused restaurants, the Great Maple is $45-$60 per person and not buffet style.
I would recommend this place and will definitely visit again to try other things on menu. Be prepared for a wait, a crowd and a price tag (oh, psst-check your drinking glasses).
Service was very slow. Long wait for food.
Service was slow and food was overpriced. The ambiance was nice for brunch, but the overall experience was not worth the price.
Our server was fantastic. Very attentive to our table.
Great service with quality food and portions. They always take great care of you... this isn't my first visit! Good variety to choose from on the menu... drink menu always satisfies and inspires! Had the french toast logs today...woah! Great for sharing... breakfast dessert. Chicken avocado toast was ok and bacon extra crispy didn't disappoint! Great coffee as well... great experience today to catch up with my friend!
I was so surprised the food was not good. We ordered the fried chicken with their signature maple donuts for $18.
The chicken was 2 little chicken strip and the donut was hard and cold. The second dish was prime rib do sandwich. The meat they used was so low grade we cannot even finished half of it.
I would not recommend it.
Beautiful restaurant but the quality of food and experience seems sub-par to the first location. Food was only ok for brunch, better for happy hour.
